I was worried about finding somewhere to sell that would give me too low a valuation and did not want to go through all the trouble associated with selling it direct to a person with all the trouble in paperwork and test drives; this was a fantastic solution. Went online and filled out information and set an appointment. Came in and was done in about an hour.

Kyle was easy to work with and the process was smooth. I think we were there for about 1.5 hours, and left after having sold our car. It was a very straightforward process to do paperwork and I'm glad we don't have to mess around with trying to sell elsewhere.

I knocked off a star just because I think the price we got was a little on the lower side of what we had hoped for. The place was also kind of hard to find - there is no sign on the building, so I felt a little lost arriving but Kyle answered the phone and helped me figure it out.

I would recommend going this route and will again in the future if we ever have a car we don't want to put any more money into fixing up.
