If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager he is very rude and unprofessional. I did a quote online was quoted over $2000, called because my car has been sitting and wont stat started, called and spoke to the manager, he said he could only offer me $100-$200 because it doesnt drive, I said that it could be just the battery needs to be replaced, he said " then replace the battery and drive it in here" Absolutely will not be doing business with him!!

It was an excellent experience and super easy to complete they are very professional thank you for your service.

Very honest with their evaluation of your car.

I have to admit that I wasn’t too excited about dealing with a place like that. I had a lot of of doubts. My sister told me about it and I was very skeptical but it turns out I wound up dealing with the Hanover Avenue office and the representative was Dave Ramos and I was very impressed with him. He was what I would like to say personified the phrase salt of the earth kind of guy very relatable. Very patient knowledgeable. I just felt extremely confident dealing with him and I hope it gets back to him. I really liked him a lot. I thought he did a very good job for us.To the standard follow up questions would you do it again? Would you deal with us again? Would you tell a friend etc. absolutely ! there’s no reason why I would be afraid to deal with. We buy any car as long as it’s staffed with people like Dave Ramos, he did a great job and you guys at the top or wherever you happen to be in the food chain. Need to know that he’s an asset to your company and if you see him, tell him I said hey!
