I had a very negative experience with webtoolclub support services. As a subscriber to their Elementor Pro WordPress plugin, I recently had to delete my entire website and reinstall the plugin. However, when I tried to reactivate the plugin, it required an upgrade. I emailed the company at both activate and webtoolclub247 but I did not receive any response for three days. This lack of communication was extremely frustrating and caused my business to suffer. I hope that webtoolclub can improve their support services in the future to avoid similar negative experiences for their customers."
