Catastrophique, une commande jamais arrivé car Ils n’ont pas livrés au bon endroit, ils n’ont jamais répondu à mes demandes, on ne peut que leur écrire et pas les joindre au téléphone, cela va faire 5 mois que j’attends au moins un remboursement que je n’aurais certainement jamais…

Buongiorno, metto una stella perchè meno non si può mettere. Ho acquistato una Sailor jacket blu e dopo un'ora che ho addosso questa giacca quello che indosso sotto è tutto bagnato. Peccato che non posso pubblicare le foto fatte ad una camicia. Giacca impossibile da indossare, una vera schifezza.Ma visti tutti i problemi che ha North Sails stando alle recensioni pubblicate come fanno ancora a produrre? Certi marchi non dovrebbero esistere. Mai più.....

Ware soeben im Store, der Verkäufer ( um die 50 Jahre ) hat mich ab gescannt von oben bis unten und dann entschlossen keine Beratung zu geben .Nachdem ich dann einige Kleidungsstücke selbst an mir beurteilt habe und immer noch keine Reaktion von dem Herrn kam ( hat mir nur abwärtent gegrinst) bin ich wieder raus und habe mich für die tolle Beratung bedankt .Habe mir dann eine Colmar Jacke gekauft …..

Auch bei mir keine Reaktion oder Rückzahlung nach Retoure. Habe einen PayPal Käuferschutz Fall eröffnet und sofort eine Gutschrift von Paypal erhalten. Werde nichts mehr von North Sails kaufen.

Items did not fit well. Requested a return via website. There was no return form enclosed and nothing generated on the website. Have emailed twice requesting a returns form but no response therefore unable to return. Awful service, do not purchase from North Sails unless you know the item fits and you are keeping it.

Bought and returned a jacket. Never got my money back. Not after a few requests.

We placed an order, but before delivery North Sails Carrier, DHL, asked for Customs Payment of £75.24 which shouldn't have been charged to us. We tried to ring their foreign customer services number, no answer, sent emails which weren't answered, so told DHL to return the goods. Eventually we had an email reply where a refund was agreed, but a month later after many emails we have no goods and they still have our money!

I contacted North Sails with detailed questions about a linen shirt listed on the website, asking for clarification on its materials (organic cotton, recycled fibers, or linen), certifications (GOTS, GRS, OCS, Oeko-Tex), buttons, and dyes. Despite the brand’s strong emphasis on sustainability and ocean-positive initiatives, I received no response.

Since then, the product listing has been updated and no longer mentions organic cotton or recycled fibers. While this clarifies the materials, the fact that the listing was changed after my inquiry—without any communication—is concerning. It highlights a lack of transparency and responsiveness. Simply claiming sustainability is not enough; failing to provide clear verification when directly asked feels like greenwashing by omission. Without honest information, I cannot make an informed purchase aligned with my values, and I will not be buying this shirt.

Ho comprato un parka misura errata. Aspetto ancora il rimborso dal 15 di luglio siamo il 31 luglio nessuna risposta ancora.

Io ho avuto, proprio oggi, un’esperienza perfetta: ho ordinato un capo e ,solo dopo che avevo già pagato, mi sono resa conto che non era quello che cercavo!
Ho cercato un numero o una mail per poter segnalare la cosa all’azienda: mi ha risposto immediatamente, al primo colpo, una gentilissima signorina, la quale ha provveduto ad annullare l’ordine e nel giro di un’ora ho già ricevuto il rimborso totale della mia spesa. Io posso solo che fare i complimenti all’azienda per il servizio clienti messo a disposizione.

Oggi giorno 8/07, mi trovavo fuori dal negozio in corso Buenos Aires, in quanto stavo facendo la fila per un visitare uno store adiacente. La fila era molto lunga e sfortunatamente sono capitata davanti all’ingresso del suddetto negozio. Non avevo fatto caso di star sostando sulla porta di ingresso, data la mole di persone. C’erano due ragazze di turno, erano circa le 16, una era alta e bionda e l’altra un po’ più bassa dai capelli scuri. La ragazza alta e bionda ha iniziato a chiamarmi **BATTENDO** le mani (come si permette?), dicendomi maleducatamente, e con tono arrogante, di non stare in quel punto.. comprensibile ma non avevo altro posto dove muovermi e ha iniziato ad alterarsi, allora ho risposto di mantenere la calma perché non avevo modo di spostarmi. Sappi che se leggi questa recensione sei una grandissima maleducata e spero che i tuoi responsabili provvedano, anche se l’educazione doveva insegnartela qualcun altro. Personale così non invoglia sicuramente i clienti ad entrare a visitare il negozio. Vi consiglio di cambiare personale, sono stata fin troppo gentile con questa ragazza, in quanto a differenza di come mi ha trattata, dispongo di raziocinio. Ma ti assicuro che un’altra persona non sarebbe rimasta tanto indifferente alla tua maleducazione. Spero ti licenzino: INVECE, l’altra ragazza ha cercato di essere comprensiva e scusarsi. Se vedete quella commessa non entrate in negozio
Scegliete meglio il personale

Nie wieder, keine Reaktion auf drei verschiedene Retouren im Wert von einigen hundert Euro. Die "Abwicklung" läuft über Italien, wie schon in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben. Wie die vielen anderen fühle ich mich betrogen.

J'aime beaucoup les produits mais la relation clients est déplorable. J'ai commandé des articles soldés à -20%, j'ai peut-être fait une erreur de parcours lors de ma commande mais la réduction n'a pas été appliquée.
J'ai contacté la société à 4 reprises sans recevoir aucune réponse!

The products are somewhat good and high-quality.

The handling of returns is a burden.

The return goods arrived at the retailer in Italy on March 7, 2025. The credit was finally issued on April 30, 2025, after 3 inquiries (with no response).

It is suggested to change the handling agent in Italy to a more reliable one.

Until then, and if possible, only purchase if you are sure that no returns are needed.

Extremely poor customer service avoid this company. I purchased a gilet and 4 t-shirts. Unfortunately the T-shirts were huge so I returned them but have still not received a refund. This was in January 2025. Customer services do not respond to my emails and the phone number is an answer machine in Italian. I left a message and have received no reply. For a premium brand I am extremely disappointed by their service.
