Excellent support.

We use GTX feed and the many options is awesome. We do experience issues from time to time, but we always get help quite fast.

Used the CTX Feed Pro Plugin from Webappick. A very convenient plugin that I can definitely recommend. There were some issues with the payment. Webappick has great customer service and responded quickly to my questions. We reached a solution, and I'm very happy about that.

This company is a scam. I have asked them to cancel my account multiple times and their support ticket system does not work. It gives you an error and there is no one to call or help you. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.

I’d put 5 if when plugin bring your entire site down their support gets back to you not after so many days.

I had many different plugins for feed control in the past, but after I discover WebAppick I can say it's worth paying the subscription for it. The solution is super quick and simple, and it allowed me to easily setup my products in Google and Meta (for Instagram). The chat support is great. Super recommended!

I love this product, I have been using it for a while and now I am getting PRO version which really worth it. And also plugin is being updated frequently which shows that developers are making it better everyday.

Even though CTX Feed Pro is a great product that i've been using with a lot of clients, WebAppick is unfortunately not a great company to deal with.

I purchased the plugin and had to reconsider a few days later as my clients budget changed and i asked for a refund.

WebAppick clearly states "30 Days Money back guarantee. No Questions asked."

Though, there seems to be a lot of questions asked as to why i didn't want to keep the plugin. And, as is clearly visible in the answers given to others from Webappick here on Trustpilot.

I'm usually happy to answer these questions. But when No Questions Asked is offered, it should be honored.

I asked for a refund on June 5th, i was promised confirmation within 7 days. They were very pushy.

On July 2nd, i again asked why i haven't received a refund. I was again promised confirmation within 7 days.

On July 15th, i demanded a confirmation within 2 business days or i'd have to make a dispute with my credit card company.

Lo and behold, confirmation landed in my inbox the next day.

It took 41 days to issue a refund. It seems like Webappick was just waiting for me to give up.

This is a fraudulent business practise. I'll be cancelling all my clients licenses and moving elsewhere. No matter how good the plugin is, on one should support this kind of behaviour.

I have no idea if their software even works. It was loaded on my old website so when I got some random charge, I started to dispute it but thought they would surely refund since it renewed and I no longer have a site to use it on. Nope, thier policy is to keep your money if it auto renews. Knowing full well people forget after a year (or more). Obviously not good enough to make enough money by making good products and having good customer service.

thieves as mentioned by other reviews they will not provide refund even after they ad on their product page 30 days refund guarantee no questions asked wow what a fake marketing i will file a chargeback with my bank and even report their google ads for fake promotions

Amazing software - probably the best feed plugin for Woocommerce

They want us to write a 3500 word article and submit just for recruitment process. Not to mention it is not compensated. They selected a topic directly relevant to their niche and I'm pretty sure they are going to use the material on their website.
