Mixed! 85% of the items are of very good quality. Shipping was incredibly slow. This expense is higher than usual compared to other companies. We order from the US often and get larger packages. However, the most inconvenient part was incurring an additional 30 Euro in duty fees and having to travel to a specific post office in Germany to pay them before we could receive the package! The website provided no clear explanation. We were surprised because other companies always included the duty fee, irrespective of whether they sold clothing, film equipment, or books. Should they have failed, they would immediately refund us the entire sum. Wear The Peace didn't make it happen, and their excuses were unconvincing. At the end we got a 10 Euro refund. Still, for a few tiny items, I paid 40 Euro shipping plus duty fee. Even though I respect their noble cause, their customer service and being transparent about extra fees should be better! I hope they have changed it now on their website. Still having to pay the duty fee yourself when you already pay that much shipping cost is not acceptable, and we will not order with them again!

placed an order on the 28th February . its already the 12th of march and my order is still not shipped. coming from Singapore where the middle east crisis is ongoing , there is no reason for the shipmet to be delayed this long.
this would be my first and last ordering from this site. utter rubbish
