Horrible customer service!!! I ordered a dress but the dress I received was the wrong one. Asked to return it and get the correct dress sent to me. All they said is it costs too much to return. I asked for a refund and they offered me $10. The dress I bought was $42. I replied saying that wasn't enough and I wanted a full refund but they continued to argue with me trying to convince me I received the right dress. I sent pictures showing it was not. I have yet to hear back. I highly doubt I'll get my money back. Don't waste your time or money with this company!!

Less than 1 star. I ordered a shirt 5-12-25. On June 17th I received an update that my order was still in processing. I sent an inquiry 6-21 and received an email stating package was delivered June 11. IT WAS NOT delivered. I recd email back stating that I should check with local post office. Then I get another one stating due to Trump's tariffs, all packages are delayed. WHAT????? I just want my money back. (which I doubt I'll ever see)

The items purchased ($170.00+) were POOR QUALITY, sizes DID NOT FIT. When I contacted them for a path for a refund, they have only offered, first 15.00 refund and I keep merchandise, then upped to 18.00 - then $20.00 - then $22.00.
The items came with no packing slip!

I ordered a tee shirt at the beginning of May and it is 37 days later and still not here. I knew it would take a while but would never have ordered it I had known it would still not be here.....Wonder if or when I will ever receive it.

Ordered a shirt and a hat back in March. Items never arrived. they sent tracking numbers that had my item delivered to the wrong state. Then they sent a different tracking number that went nowhere. Tried to get this resolved for months with no luck. Paypal was no help on the dispute . Never received the items, no valid tracking. Now lost money. I would never do business with Wearslive. Scam

NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from this site. I ordered a shirt for the Kentucky Derby 30 days before the event. It is still in transit, three days after the event and I have received 10 notifications of "in transit. DO
NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Terrible customer service. It’s been 4 weeks since I placed my order for Kentucky Derby apparel, and have never received my order. I would never recommend this company.

Total scam. Repeated charges to credit card. Not what they said was total. Several bills for one order. Be aware. Unbelievable tax charge.

Part 2: Yes, Derby Day has passed and my order through tracking says merchandise in customs in Italy. Yeah, right because these Tshirts are a product of Milan! Company says based in AZ,USA.

I’d give them ZERO stars if I could. Their products look good online but as others have said what I received was complete garbage. I started asking to return the items for a full refund after I received the items. Twenty five emails later I still haven’t received instructions on how and where to send the items. Instead I have received multiple offers of compensation starting at $7USD and currently $25USD to keep the items I ordered. DO NOT order anything from this company unless you care 0% about quality!

The shirt itself is good. Might not be as good a quality as shown. The embroidered aspect is really just a print. the price is fairly inexpensive so I’m not surprised. What is a problem is the sizing. I always wear a medium but their med is really a small. Customer service is nonexistent. They don’t understand any complaints and their answer is to offer you a few dollars off your purchase. I ordered another shirt in xxl and it fits like a med.

Absolute garbage products. No way to show pictures here to show the comparison between what I ordered and what I received unfortunately. The shirt shows and embroidered logo, I got the worst screen print (if that’s what you want to call it even) reached out multiple times for a refund, way to send it back with 0 response.

Beware!!!! All the positive reviews 4+ are FAKE! You can tell as the language is similar. The shirts are cheaply made and not at all like in the photos.

I bought an Irish sweatshirt it’s junk not as it appeared to look in the picture shamrock on it is printed not embroidered as pictured well the got me for 50.00 live and learn
Don’t buy from them it’s a scam company with cheap products

I ordered two baseball hats from Wearslive.com, on January 10th, based on their ad on Facebook and photos of the hats on the company's website. One hat was green, with a green shamrock, and the other hat was blue with a green shamrock. Based on the photos I saw online, the shamrocks on each hat distinctly appear to be "embroidered".

The hats were delivered on February 8th, shipped in "soft" packaging -- surprising since they had either been shipped from Europe or Asia. Both hats were made in China.

Not surprising, the hats arrived somewhat flattened, due to the "soft packaging" and the distance & time in transit.

In place of embroidered shamrocks, each hat had a shamrock "applique" -- not what I thought I was ordering !

The company's website states: "If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 45 days from receiving your order."

I contacted Customer Support the same day the hats arrived, and I requested a full refund & instructions for returning the hats.

In response, Customer Support is stalling... requiring photos to support my claim that I'm not happy with the purchase. Specifically, I'm not satisfied that the hats have appliques in place of the embroidered shamrocks I expected.

This company is a scam. They do send a product but it is garbage. Cheap knockoff product that takes a month for delivery. And their first trick is to overcharge your card. They send back the overcharge right away if you catch it and call them on it, but they do it every time.

Ordered two pullovers. Tried to return now for 2 weeks and am getting nowhere. They just keep emailing me that correct items were mailed. Their website says can return with refund. I find this company to be fraudulent and very unprofessional!

My package from Wearslive finally made it to AZ via SPAIN, Florida, New Mexico and then finally to AZ. It came 22 days after I ordered it with an original probable delivery date of 7 to 10 days. Way off! So, this episode was not a scam, just extremely poor customer service. The two different tracking numbers I was given at different times were wrong and provided erroneous information. The order number was not recognized by their website. The T-shirts were nice and fit to size. The ball type caps were made of very poor material and I do not recommend them.

I was going to order something until I saw that there were about 200 options for shirts that said vote blue, and I couldn't find a single product for the other candidate. I frankly don't care for either candidate, but I feel that the options should be equal.

This website is a scam, it has been deemed "untrustworthy", please do not purchase any items. First they charge more to the credit card than was agreed on, second the item came over a month later, and third, it is a piece of crap.
Right now I am dealing with Paypal to resolve this issue! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE!
