Fuyez, commande passée le 6 février, pour un sac greenpommme Launa , aucun sac reçu, délai de livraison à rallonge... Pas de remboursement.
Aucun suivi du colis, les mise à jour prennent du temps. J'espère que le sac sera à la hauteur des délais de livraison s'il arrive !
Après consultation de site d'avis je me rends compte que le même sac est vendu moins de 20 euros sur shein.

Achat de pantalon full grip pour ma fille . Après 2 lavages tout les grips se décollent. Je ne recommande pas cette marque. Profitent de la pub Instagram pour vendre a des petites influençables.

J’ai acheté pour l’anniversaire de ma fille des hauts et des pantalons fullgrip. Les hauts sont parfaits par contre les pantalons perdent leurs grips dès la 1re utilisation!!! Dommage vu le prix qu’ils coûtent. Autant dire qu’elle ne les porte plus pcq ce n’est pas esthétique et que les grips ne fonctionnent plus!
Je n’en achèterai plus!

Green washing et arnaque, c'est du drop shopping, les sacs peuvent être trouvés sur des sites comme temu, amazon ou encore shein beaucoup moins cher.
Moi qui pensais acheter un sac écoresponsable, pas du tout. De plus la qualité n'est pas bonne.

Dårlig kvalitet på ridebukser, grippen sidder på ens sadel efter første ridetur, 2 ridetur er det hel slidt af, dvs bukserne er ubrugelige. Kan ikke anbefale mærket overhovedet.

Ik heb ondertussen 2 rijlegging, 2 rijbroeken, een truitje, een dikke trui en een jas van Pomme besteld. Waar de truitjes en jas van degelijke kwaliteit zijn (wel aan de kleine kant), zijn de rijbroeken echt slechte kwaliteit. De broeken vallen minstens 2 maten te klein en de stof is weinig ademend en rekkend. Bij het aandoen van de broek ging al direct de riemlus kapot. Na de eerste maal rijden zag je direct dat de siliconen letters voor extra grip los kwamen en vlekken gaven op mijn zadel. Ook de drukknoppen gingen direct stuk, zelf op de achterzak die ik niet gebruikt heb. De tweede rijbroek gaf ook vergelijkbare defecten. De rijleggings zijn net van betere kwaliteit, maar vallen ook minstens 1 maat te klein.

Plutôt satisfaite de mon expérience avec la marque POMME. J'ai commandé un legging (wendy) et un pantalon (nellie) en promotion et j'ai reçu mon colis au bout d'une semaine.
Le legging est plutôt épais, ne bouloche pas au premier abord, mais les grips n'ont pas l'air très bien collés. Le pantalon est assez bien finit, à voir comment il tient dans le temps.
Les couleurs sont vraiment belles. Pour ma part j'ai pris du S alors que je suis habituellement un peu serrée dans un 36 et c'est la taille parfaite. Par contre le pantalon dégageait une affreuse odeur de poisson lors de la réception du colis.

Commande passé le 28 avril 2024, 18 mai toujours rien reçu… aucun suivi de livraison… mail envoyé pour en savoir plus resté sans réponse… j’attends de voir si je reçois ma commande… Commande finalement reçue avec du retard, aucun suivi de colis initial donc j’ai du écrire au service client qui a été plutôt réactif et m’a informée de l’avancement de ma commande…commande finalement arrivée… produit de qualité à priori, néanmoins guide des tailles mal conçu… donc taille trop petite… échange demandé malheureusement Pomme ne fait pas d’échange seulement retour et nécessité de repasser commande. Bref, première et dernière commande pour moi.

My experience was terrible! I ordered a pair of breeches as a Christmas present for my daughter. According to their size chart, she should fit in a small, which is her usual size. Nope, too small. The original package didn’t include a return form, so I requested one via email. What they sent, and I later learned, was a commercial invoice and not a prepaid label. I only learned this after standing in line at the post office for 20 minutes and then being charged $59.35 for shipping. I’ve never sent anything internationally, so I didn’t know the difference. I IMMEDIATELY emailed Pomme and was told “of course we pay for shipping”. I therefore expected a refund for this charge. After a month and no refund, I had the post office track the package and was told that although Pomme was contacted that the package had arrived in Sweden, it was never claimed and was being sent back to me in the USA. After contacting them again about this I was FINALLY sent a prepaid label and instructed to send it via FedEx. They received my package and refunded the original cost, (after another email from me) but not the extra $59.35 I had to pay because of their mistake. If they had good customer service this would have been a no brainer. That’s the last time I’ll buy from them.

Beautiful breeches, great quality and was surprised by how fast the shipping was. However, size chart is VERY unreliable. I consistently wear a small in the US, my measurements put me in a medium according to their website, and large is the size that actually fit. However, a small shirt and small show coat fit. Size chart is not big booty girl friendly, nor is it consistent!! I'm a size 27 in jeans for reference. Be aware to size up potentially two sizes if you are well endowed in the glute section. Otherwise pleased!

I wanted to buy breeches from Pomme (Nellie Black Bling Gold, Breeches - M, Seat Grip) - after selecting and going to the checkout, it came out to 119 euros, with free delivery. After entering Valentine's promotional discount code, which was supposed to be 20%, suddenly the delivery charge was added (20 euros) and after this deduction, the total amount to pay was still 115 euros.

I don't think this is fair treatment of customers - it's an illusion of a discount that gets offset by suddenly adding delivery charges that were previously free. This is exaclty what is called "dark pattern interface".

I bought Alice flee, very poor quality, made in China, awful fabric and far too expensive. I also bought a Paris soft zip and the logo on the arm looks like a stiff sticker on a very poor quality fabric and again too expensive.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of breeches to come to the US. I accidentally shipped them to the wrong address, and Pomme was SO QUICK to help me find the tracking number!

After I got the breeches from the other address I realized they didn’t fit 🥲 No fear—I emailed customer service and they sent me a new copy of my return form and pre-paid express shipping label. For reordering I asked for a size recommendation and Annie was so great in validating what size I would be. Better customer service than I could imagine, and such a great price point for products! Will be growing my closet with Pomme!

Reçu en 15jrs, très jolie coupe et très confortable. En revanche je ne mets que 3etoiles car les grips s enlèvent à la première utilisation. Après un lavage, il en manque la moitié… très déçue sur ce point. De plus j ai dû reprendre les coutures sur les deux pantalons en dessous de la braguette. Dommage car sinon ils sont superbes!

j'ai acheté un pantalon que j'ai recu 15 jours après commande internet .Celui ci était trop petit je l'ai renvoyé avec l'&tiquette retour 2 jours près et depuis je n'arrive pas a me faire remboursé soit disant le retour n'est jamais arrivé DHL le transporteur se décharge de toute responsabilité

Fortement déçu de cette marque,
J’ai acheter 3 pantalons, pour tous les 3 les lettres gripp s’en vont, sa se décolle, ensuite les coutures de défont au niveau des fesses au bout de 2-3 lavages. Temps d’envoie extrement long. Une catastrophe. Je suis fâché et très decu.
