Because no stars wasn’t an option. Ordered 2 bras as advertised on Insta. What turned up was nothing at all like they were advertised, the material was awful and wouldn’t have fitted a child.
I contacted them immediately to return the items to which I was told I’d passed the 14 day return window even though it was within an hour of receiving them.

That was on the 18th March & I’m still battling to get a refund, having to constantly chase them, even though I know they have received the items as I sent them recorded delivery.

The company is a total sham.

I have never experienced such bad custormer service. After I had waited to received my order (it took 30 days as opposed to the advised 5 days) the items didnt fit and I asked to send them back and how this should be done. I received a response almost 3 months later and they dont event pay for the shipping fees. This is ridiculous and please dont ever order there. There are other companies who have the same service but much better.

Was sent the wrong size. Despite some AI generated, generic responses to my returns request I am still waiting for resolution 6weeks later. The one response I have had from a person asked me to bring the items to their office on City Road, London. I didn’t get the requested info about opening hours etc - but when I visited there was no office associated with the brand.
I suggest that you avoid buying anything from this company

This is honestly one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made.

The product does not work as advertised. I used it exactly as instructed and saw no results at all it’s completely ineffective and a total waste of money.
When I tried to return it, things got even worse. Their customer service is extremely frustrating to deal with — responses appear to be AI-generated, repetitive, and don’t actually address your concerns. They just copy and paste policy instead of helping.

They refused my return because:
1. It was “outside their 14-day window” (despite the timing being very close), and
2. The item had been “used” — even though you obviously have to try the product to know if it works.
So basically, you’re expected to decide whether it works without using it, which is completely unreasonable.

This company hides behind policies instead of standing by their product. If it actually worked, returns wouldn’t be such an issue.

Save your money and avoid the stress, this experience has been nothing but frustrating from start to finish.

Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. if there as a NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD PICK IT! Bras were much cheaper quality than the website/social media shows. I returned (out of pocket) and I am still awaiting my refund. Alot of back and forth with AI that answers your emails and not yet receiving the refund or an actual adequate response as to WHY this is taking so long. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Item was received; however did not fit as expected. Initiated return, label was never sent, now item is showing as already returned. No refund issued. Reached out three times to an automated system that would escalate my request. Sent an additional follow up to the escalation. Never received any response and there’s no other way to contact anyway.

I ordered a cream once- and now I have a monthly subscription that cannot be undone by myself since whenever I go to "see subscription" it says the site is not there/broken. This makes me pay each month, and they have not done anything to change it! I am in desperate need to get it away. BE AWARE of this!

One star is generous — honestly, they don’t deserve even that.

I placed an order on March 1st. They proudly confirmed it was “dispatched” on March 4th, with an estimated delivery between March 10–18. And it never arrived.

I reached out on March 19th — silence. Tried again on March 23rd — still nothing. By March 25th, I checked the tracking myself, only to discover the package had already been returned from a Danish warehouse. Returned. Without a single word to me.

So let me get this straight: they took my money, pretended to ship something, ignored every attempt at contact, and somehow managed to “return” an order I never received. Impressive — in the worst possible way.

This site looks and operates like a scam. Save your money, your time, and your sanity — do NOT order from this site.

I never received my order just ripped me off this is not good at all.

I ordered two full coverage no underwire bras on January 1, 2026. I live in Malaysia. I received the bras in about two weeks. They were way too small (cup size). The advertisement led me to believe they would accommodate a larger cup size. I immediately began the return process. I had to ship the bras from Malaysia to London, at quite a cost. I had a tracking number, and the bras were received by Luna on February 9. I have contacted Weareluna.store many times (more than 20), and have yet to receive a refund. Each time I write, they send me an email in response trying to placate me, sympathizing how it must be so frustrating for me. They promise they will expedite the refund, and email me when it is done. Then, nothing happens. I am fed up.

Their customer service sucks! I think this store is a scam. Perhaps they are in bankruptcy. I have never had such a hard time getting a refund from an online store. This is unacceptable.

Don't trust them with your money. You'll never get it back. I finally contacted my credit card company to refute the charge. I am hoping to receive satisfaction soon.

They are scammers. I can’t cancel my order and they also won’t ship it. I spent $60. They won’t give it back. I can’t get in touch with a real person either!!! AI

Worst cheap product ever. Waiting over two months for refund. Keep getting AI messages but no money!! Avoid avoid!!!

NOT a happy customer! I couldn’t be more disappointed with this company. I returned goods, unworn and in original packaging, within the time frame stipulated, by mail. They were signed for by the company on 20 January 2026.
To date, 10 March, I have still not been refunded! Absolutely disgusting.

Scam! Don't waste your money. Money paid. Label created, 3 weeks item still not sent, customer care refuses refund and can't provide the date when item will be sent.

This is not the item shown on the website that they send out at all. Very disappointing.

There was a problemen with shipping my order. The store was really helpful with fixing the problem. I had contact with Lyka and she really did her best to help me, I really appreciate that.

Customer service was immaculate. Shipping was fast. Excited to wear my shapewear
