I have received a email from Littles Coffee after my review. They have apologised for the Evri delivery issue and are sending me another delivery of coffee to be delivered by DPD.
To be fair I should have contacted Little before giving the trust pilot review as it was not their fault but I am so frustrated with Evri deliveries that I saw red.

Thank you to Lucy at Little for her help and I would just like to say that I love their coffee.

I used to love coffee with syrup but have developed health issues which mean I can no longer have sugar or dairy. I just don’t love the taste of regular instant coffee and non dairy milk at all. coffee was such a source of joy in my life but I could no longer have it until i discovered Little’s. their flavoured coffee is just amazing, goes great with non dairy milk, and i’ve loved trying them all and finding my favourites. so glad I can now go back to enjoying coffee I love whilst still keeping up to my diet that helps my illness. super grateful for this brand!!

To be honest i wanted more of the Nescafe caramel, but couldnt find it on line except for a couple of places that had raised the cost by a huge amount, so thought i would give Littles a try, well, i was not impressed at all, nowhere near as smooth and satisfying as Nescafe, i think im the odd one out, most folk seem to love it.

I have been a huge fan of Little's Coffee for a while now, and a recent customer service experience made me love them even more.

After a minor issue with Evri left me without my favorite coffee for a few days, Lucy from the customer service team stepped in and sorted it out immediately. She was incredibly helpful and fast.

It's so great to find a company that matches delicious, high-quality coffee with such friendly, efficient support. I can't wait for my next cup of hazel delight! Highly recommend.

Problem with delivery Evri not Littles!
But Littles sorted it quickly abd Im now Enjoying my coffee. Dpd delivery no problem Evri still can't track my parcel!
If you haven't tried flavoured coffee before try this company. Coconut and maple and walnut ard my favourites along with toffee nut but there are many more . Well worth a try.

I have only just made my first order, of small jars of all the classic coffees, except decaf, so am expecting it in a couple of days. However, I struggled with claiming the first order 10% off code. It perhaps needs to be clearer that you have to get a code from your emails.
Meanwhile, I found 50gm jars of the French Vanilla in Tesco and bought one to try, even though I wasn’t really interested in the flavoured ones. I’ve only had two cups of it, but absolutely loved it! I can tell that will find my new favourite everyday coffee once my delivery arrives. For years, I’ve only drunk Starbucks Via instant Italian style, but am finding it difficult to get hold of and am ready for a change. I’ve not found anything comparable till now though.
I wrote to Littles customer service about the 10%, but also praising the French Vanilla and virtually straight away, Lucy replied to me to say she had refunded my 10%, retrospectively. That was very much appreciated and I can’t praise this kind of customer service enough.
I will always have some French Vanilla in, for a treat and can’t wait to try the classic coffees now.

I purchased some ICED Coffee Concentrate sachets from Sainsbury's. They are really easy to use, just straight into a glass of cold almond milk or in a homemade banana and coffee smoothie. Really pleased with them, they taste great and they are not too sweet either. Just love them!

Yes the coffee is delicious . Yes there is a large range of flavours to tempt you. But more than that, the customer service is superb- helpful and friendly. Very happy regular customer and 5* from me

I was drinking the higher sugar coffee sachets which wasn’t helping my weight loss plus they wasn’t decaf
So I ordered many little’s
I have my decaf ones for work
My fella ordered some too
My favourite I’d say is the cinnamon coffee
My daughter loves the free cold coffee cup and battery frother

Wow just wow I’m a true coffee lover and thought I’d give Littles a go after trying a few companies for Mocha instant I lost hope until Littles best instant coffee then ordered different flavours truly a really good coffee not overwhelming just the perfect flavour consistency I’m on order number 3 due to the fact I’m tasting all the flavours they are not disappointing trust me! Had few issues with discount code but rectified straight away by the family run business very helpful and kind. I really hope this company continue in great success of AMAZING COFFEE. Thank you Littles company!

Honestly don’t know how they have such good reviews. I bought these after seeing an ad on insta and they honestly taste nasty. The flavours tastes very chemically and are not pleasant to drink. Would not recommend.

I'm sorry but i'm not feeling the love for this coffee. I've bought 4 jars based on reviews and they were Columbian, Ethiopian, Amaretto and Cherry.
The Columbian was ok but I have had better, albeit I do use Beans rather than instant. The Amaretto smelt better than the taste as it seemed weak so maybe I should have used 2 teaspoons of the coffee?
I will try the other 2 I have and see if they are ok.

Superb coffee! Excellent flavours. Lovely customer service. My recent order came with a free whisk and an iced coffee cup. I love when company’s add freebies that are relevant to the product they sell and not tat that will end up in the bin. Thanks again!

Very disappointing. I barely ever write reviews of products I buy, especially grocery ones but this one really annoyed me. Bought French Vanilla, obviously for the flavour. There is no flavour. Its just coffee, no vanilla and not too good coffee either. Ugly jar that looks like plastic in the price (or more) of a coffee that comes in beautiful glass jars with pretty lids that you can reuse it later and keep as counter decor. Not recommended.
Edit: "LOOKS LIKE PLASTIC", not is plastic. Yeah, thanks for response I guess. French Vanilla has highly subtle scent of vanilla and zero flavour of vanilla. And no, I didnt expect sweet or syrup, I dont use sugar or any sweeteners in my beverages. I would just expect vanilla flavour since its written with fat and underline font but hey.

First of all, thank you so much for sorting out my very messy and broken subscription order so promptly. Not your fault - Evri are not the best sadly. I remember finding your flavoured coffee many years ago when I was much younger, now I am older I am not so fond of the flavoured type but, after doing some research online a few years ago into the instant coffee we were using at that time and finding that the coffee in the supermarkets are mostly owned by foreign companies (including the one we were using) I wasn't best pleased. Then your name came up and I remembered you from years ago. And you are British and based in Britain. So, we decided to re-acquaint ourselves with your coffees and bought one of every kind (not the flavoured ones) to see which one we liked the best. Ethiopian came out top with Columbian second. The prices are extremely competitive with the others on the market and the taste is so much better. I do not like machine coffee nor do I like strong coffee - my husband likes both. I decided to get a subscription which also saves money. Please keep doing what you're doing as I don't want to go back to that awful overpriced instant coffee in the supermarkets.

Definitely recommend to my coffee friend and family even my fussy Hubby loves it especially the chocolate mocha. Not sure when I will use my very expensive coffee machine oops . Lol . Enjoy all you coffee lovers .
