Inclusive, accepting and very welcoming.
First agency I've ever been in and it's been brilliant. Everyone has been so welcome. It really is like another family and couldn't beore grateful to be in this agency.
They have helped me find my voice in terms of helping more people with disabilities and spreading awareness. They do their absolute best to make sure everyone is ok and I love that. Highly.trcokenf them.

Cey, thank you so much for this lovely review.
We’re genuinely grateful that your first agency experience has felt brilliant and welcoming, and it means a lot to hear you describe WE ARE ELIXIR as another family. That’s exactly the kind of community we work hard to protect and grow.
What you shared about finding your voice and using your platform to support people with disabilities and spread awareness is especially powerful. We’re really proud of you for leaning into that, and we’re honoured to be part of your journey.
Thank you again for trusting us, and for recommending us. We’ve got you

During my time at we are elixir so far…
During my time at we are elixir so far I’ve managed to step out of my comfort zone and make so many new friends and I’m glad I joined the agency as were like a massive chaotic but also supportive family who always look out for each other. The managers and the owners of the agency are easily approachable and very supportive and same with the wellbeing team. 10/10, best agency I’ve ever joined :)

Kodie, thank you so much for this amazing review.
It’s genuinely lovely to hear that you’ve been able to step out of your comfort zone and make so many new friends since joining. That “chaotic but supportive family” description feels very accurate, and we’re proud that it’s been your experience of the community.
We’re also really glad you’ve felt able to reach out to the managers, owners, and the wellbeing team easily. Being approachable and having people feel looked after is a big deal to us, so thank you for noticing that.
10/10 back to you for being part of it, and we’re so happy you joined

Very supportive & friendly
Such a friendly group of people. I am very introverted and socially awkward but these guys all make me feel welcome, included & not awkward. It’s like a big family that is supportive & always down for a laugh. I was sceptical at joining an agency as I didn’t want anxiety about meeting targets but it’s not like that at all. It’s very chill, very supportive & I’m glad I joined.

Letty, thank you so much for sharing this, and for trusting us enough to join even when you were sceptical.
It means a lot to hear that you’ve felt welcome and included, especially as someone who’s naturally introverted. The fact that you can show up as yourself without feeling awkward is exactly the kind of safe, comfortable community we want WE ARE ELIXIR to be.
We also really appreciate you mentioning the “no target anxiety” side of things. We’ve always been about support over pressure, so we’re glad you’ve felt that it’s chill, positive, and genuinely helpful.
We’re really happy you’re here, and we’ve got you

As a new Agency on TikTok I was sceptical but it’s the best one I have seen around. The management and owners are amazingly supportive, other members of the Agency are friendly and supportive. It’s a family that you didn’t know you needed. I would highly recommend.

Sheridan, thank you so much for this review.
We completely understand being sceptical with newer agencies, so it means a lot that you took the chance and that it’s been such a positive experience for you. Hearing you say it’s the best you’ve seen around is genuinely huge.
We’re really glad you’ve felt supported by the management and owners, and welcomed by the rest of the community too. “A family you didn’t know you needed” is exactly what we’re trying to build, so thank you for putting that into words.
We really appreciate the recommendation, and we’re proud to have you with us

Annmarie, thank you so much for this thoughtful review.
We really appreciate you recognising the focus on helping people reach their full potential, and the balance between team support and 1 to 1 support. That mix is something we care about a lot, because everyone’s journey looks different.
It also means a lot that you called out the events and wellbeing side of what we do. We want people to feel supported as humans first, not just as creators, whether they’re brand new or already established.
Thank you again for the recommendation and for being part of WE ARE ELIXIR
