As soon as I saw the packaging for the reusable liner I got the impression this was a quality product and company. The liner has exceeded my expectations. Beautifully designed and wonderfully functional, not to mention its positive impact on the environment. I’m a total convert and am grateful to Dame for designing and manufacturing such a great product.

This is my first time trying a reusable pad and it feels amazing. Very comfy and happy to take one more step to save the environment.

I absolutely love the Dame reusable applicator so was excited to try the reusable regular pad and I wasn’t disappointed.
It is comfortable, absorbent and washes well.
The price is also reasonable.

I am an imperfect environmentalist and loved trying this out! Perfect for the lighter days. Easy to wash. I really like that it also comes with a lifetime warranty!

Lovely product. Good quality materials, really comfy to wear, and does a good job of protecting underwear. Cute poppers to keep it in place or to keep folded in your bag.

Products are great, I have the reusable applicator and it works perfectly, is a year and a half old now and is still like new. It’s easy to use and clean and I love the pouch that you can get to keep everything together. The company is great and is really trying to make an impact in the sustainable period products market. I recommend this company to all my friends.

The reusable applicator is brilliant. So easy to clean, carry and use plus it's reducing so much plastic waste and my carbon foot print. The tampons are great quality organic cotton and my period doesn't hurt as much since switching from a mainstream brand that isn't organic. I also have one pair of reusable pants and one pad bought recently and they're also great so will soon be purchasing more. Great for night time or as a tampon back up!

I bought the reusable tampon applicator and organic cotton tampons. I was really shocked that 1.3 million plastic applicators are thrown away in the UK every DAY. That's horrifying! The applicator is really easy to use, the tampons are very absorbent and I am DELIGHTED to find an effective, truly ethical period solution. I will tell all my friends.

Brilliant products. The company offers eco-friendly, plastic free and organic alternatives to traditional period products.

Love the concept and how much plastic etc it would save. It's a very delicate and soft pad that causes no discomfort at all. The only faffy bit is the washing but seen as it does what it says on the box, I'm happy to recommend and buy again.

Love the idea that no more applicator wastage you can just reuse over and over again, able to use different sizes too is good so if you are light to heavy during cycle you can adapt. Its expensive but in long run wont be as only need to buy one applicator and good for environment apart from plastic wraps on individual tampon

My subscription went to the wrong address and I tried to contact them multiple times to fix it before it was posted out but no one got back to me for 3 or 4 days which is why they have lost a star. Customer service has a pretty slow response time so if it is urgent, dont bother! When I did get a response, they were really helpful and arrange a replacement to be sent to the right address which was great.
Other than this, I love the product, I love the message and the reusable tampon applicator is a game changer.

I thought this company provides a good product to use tampons. They provide soft tampons and good quality products.

This is a fantastic environmentally friendly alternative to disposable pads. This particular product is for a lighter flow. It's very easy to use with a popper fastener which I found much more secure than sticky fasteners. It absorbs well with no leaks, and is simple to wash just needing a cold rinse before going in the machine. This product really surprised me and I'm very happy with it!

I wrote a negative review because I tried to reach out to Dame with a problem and had no response, but since seeing my Trustpilot review they’ve reached out and said that my email went to the spam folder, and they’ve resolved my issue very well.

Tried contacting the company 4 times via email and on Instagram, no response on how to return my product for a refund. This is such poor customer service that I did not expect when you spend so much of products

Edit: Since posting I heard from George @ wearedame who told me to send back the product and email proof of postage, an exchange will then be sent out. This was done and I have now received the exchange.
I have also found out that the company is a fairly new business run by 3 people, whilst not excusing it taking a while to hear back it does make more sense and I appreciate the quick turnaround 😊

Tried reaching the support twice now by email still no reply for i want my money back for the extra costs i made for shipping.
I payed extra for fast shipping. While ordering one can choose the option of Express Courier for €6,95 and it say shipping up to two days. I got an email that they shipped the products and that it would take up to 10 days which would be the same time frame for default shipping and that is free of charge.
With no reply after 4 days it starts to feel like a scam.

Update 26 jun. : after a few days the support team reached out to me and i'm getting my extra shipping fee back. They have some system issues with their 3rd party international shipper, Global-E.
