Excellent Customer Service support provided by ken from ccellsupplies

Ken went far beyond what would be considered good customer service . Went out of his way to fully educate me on the ccell products and how to use them - A great spokesman for the company and just brilliant honest advice and services. Would have been lost without him. Thanks so much Ken - will be returning due to the amazing customer service provided! Happy customer

Can't recommend

One week of delay and all I hear is that it's my fault as I changed the delivery address....
CS communication is rude, no proper solution or any kindness whatsoever. Only looking to blame the customer.

When you decide to chance delivery address when the package has already been shipped out and on the way to you from the UK to NL, delays will happen as the information needs to be processed so the package gets to you.

No proper solution, You have the online portal with UPS to update information as you did so a few times to the address, the address updates caused the extra delays, the address was changed 3 times, from the original address to a new address then back to the original address as the tracking shows

The first order you placed with us you gave us a 5 star feedback on google under user name No.5 then decided to change it to 1 star, even thou changing addresses not our fault, due to you going away

Snippet from shipping term and condition's

If you decide to change the delivery address from the original address on the order you placed online, once a package has been dispatched this will cause additional delays getting the package to you, if you ask for the package to be dropped of at a certain location or collection point online with UPS/DPD expect delays as the information you provide will need to be processed though the system and this could take upto 2/4 additional days, we can't be held responsible for UPS/DPD delays.

Lovely people with fantastic communication. Prices excellent and delivery is super swift . An absolute pleasure to deal with . No need to go anywhere else .

Been using this company a while now and can honestly say they are very efficient and delivery is spot on for timing, as soon as you order you will receive confirmation immediately followed by your tracking info, at all stages of postage you are kept informed, this is the kind of company I like to deal with also I needed advise on maintenance of my order and I got a WhatsApp with all the information I needed this is why I give a 5 star review they merit it, well done for the consistency of your company and making ordering so easy and efficient, you don’t get good services like this these days so I highly recommend.

Great shipping and availability

Always order from here. Always get next day delivery with the products sent and received fast. Decent prices too. Never had an issue with products being out of stock unlike some other websites I used previous to here.

Ordered some products yesterday afternoon at 2.30pm got tracking information from this company within 30mins by email and parcle arrived this morning 11am super fast service, overall very pleased with my order, nice product selection with good price's😍 the best online for CCELL products looked online at Amazon and other Vendors before making purchase will be my go to place for CCELL hardware 👌 amazing quality products, parcel was well packed 📦 what more can you ask for!!
