Excellent service
Peter has always been responsive and helpful. Doesn’t matter what time it is or what day of the week (or weekend) he will respond in time and do his best to help. Extremely satisfied with the customer service received and looking forward to use this travel agency in the future.

I had the worst experience with this…
I had the worst experience with this website. I reserved a ticket (business class), they did not provide any update for a day, did not answer phone calls, except for the first one that someone said my e-ticket should be issued in 3 hours, which never did. Did not answer my emails or follow up phone calls and eventually I suspected that it was a fraud and considered reaching out to my Bank. They finally responded to my phone call and said they issued and then canceled my ticket because I was about to reach-out to my bank. Do no recommend it at all. The person who responded to my phone call was extremely rude and didn't help in any shape or form other than dismissing my questions. I still have a 7000 balance on my bank account and will definitely report them to my bank for fraud.

They are dishonest
They are dishonest, communication is really bad, i lost $1900. because of the incompetence of Peter. Avoid using them. The prices for business class is tempting but it's alot of money to risk with them

You Booked your ticket with us in Nov 2019, We changed your ticket several times because of the pandemic. You had rebooked your Ticket to a non-refundable non-changeable flight on Sept. 7th. On the 7th you did not have a valid passport and missed your flight. We asked for a voucher from the airlines and applied it to your ticket with us. Due to the fact, that your ticket was already a contract fare, and deeply discounted the voucher was not honored by the airline.

You have requested us to search for a new ticket for you more than 50 times and in more than 80 emails back and forth. We have extended your credit with the airlines for 3 years from the Date of Purchase when the credit is only valid for 1 year. Finally, after 3 years from the date of purchase, you made a decision to use your credit. You flew in Business class, at a discounted rate. If you still feel dissatisfied with your service please feel free to call us and we can try to work something out.

I booked a flight before covid and when covid shut everything down Peter at Waytofly was extremely patient and helpful in helping me to rebook my flight after covid. Peter spent a lot of time helping me get the right flight. I highly recommend Peter and Waytofly.

Go's that extra mile!
What an absolute pleasure working with Peter to obtain 2 great flights.! Even when I messed up the booking he painstakingly worked with me for many hours to sort it out (entirely my fault!) Such a genuine pleasant person. Who without question I can Highly recommend!

Highly recommended!
Extremely impressed with Peter's knowledge and responsiveness! He replies to emails and texts almost immediately, even on the weekends. He is very patient in explaining various fare details and options.
Their prices are great too! I was able to get a great deal that wasn't available anywhere else.

Top notch prices and service
I have been using way to fly for a number of months and have been pleasantly surprised by the high level of service and responsiveness of Peter and his team. I travel to Europe and Asia about once a month and need a well priced alternative to the regular wilderness of airline ticketing services. Not only does waytofly offer the best prices on international business class air tickets but do with reliable speed, efficiency and courteousness. I highly recommend using their services.

Most efficient way to find my flight
Incredibly easy to find the most efficient combination to fly to Spain from San Francisco in California.
Very easy website to navigate and always responsive on the phone so it's very reliable customer service.
