The goods sold don't do what the company advertised, its a con, total waste of money.
And no way to get my money back or return the goods.

Too long for delivery , nothing like the advertised product, absolute con

Fully aware throughout delivery process.
Only downside was package left sticking out of letter box.

Product was very cheap and of very poor quality. The projector isn't very clear with the picture. Delivery was good it's just a shame that the video quality of the product was nothing like the quantity delivered.

I was really disappointed with the Christmas baubles as they looked nothing like they did in the photo's when I ordered them and definitely not worth the price

Charged more than the retailer’s own stated invoice – refund refused

I ordered Christmas projector lights after seeing a Facebook advertisement. The price displayed to me was approximately £15 plus £3.99 postage.

I subsequently found that £24.76 had been taken from my bank account. My bank transaction record shows that the merchant actually submitted a charge of $32.47 USD.

I contacted Wayspath immediately and asked them to cancel the order and refund me. They repeatedly told me in writing that their bill was only $19.99 + $4.99 shipping = $24.98 USD.

Therefore their own stated invoice says $24.98 USD, while my bank confirms that $32.47 USD was actually processed.

I asked for cancellation and a full refund straight away, but they refused. At the time of writing I have not received the goods either, and I have now had to raise the matter formally with my bank.

Very poor experience and I would advise customers to check the amount actually charged to their card very carefully - Avoid!!

The product was nothing like the description in the advert. The advert showed different scenes that altered automatically whereas the product was a single still image and out of focus. Very disappointed and would like a refund but no information as to how this is achieved

What they show to what you actually get is rubbish I wouldn’t give you £1 instead£20+ anybody who buys this needs their heads examined.

Tracking was great. Arrived on time. No issues. Love my Slash Pocket Hug!
The box was a bit smashed (looked like something heavy was on top of it during shipping) but product was perfect.

You are totally wasting your money if you purchase this products it is nothing like the advertised pages of moving solar or ocean scenes.

The clocks got to me ok but the small hand on one did not work I had to repair it, and on both clocks I had to bend the hands slightly so they did not touch one an other, they are both going properly now

Several cards have the wrong Numbers and do not correspond to the right image. What can I do? This is bad news.

The whole experience from my first order was so exemplary .I was kept up to date on the complete journey of transportation until delivery. I have now ordered and received 4 different birthstones for family. We are all very happy to have these beautiful necklaces.

Great little product - pocket sized, well-made and very practical. Arrived in good time, considering it came from the US.

Poor operations.
The initial tracking information showed dispatch from the US. Nearly two months later, with no goods received, I contacted them only to be given new tracking information showing dispatch from China.　WTF!!!??
In the end, I received goods on the 3rd March.

Never received the item, just kept sending shipping updates for over a month saying "in transit in the United States".

Never got the item. Another Chinese scammer.

Do not buy anything from this company. They sent damaged items and refused to exchange or full refund.
