Promises Made, Results Never Delivered
**Promises Made, Results Never Delivered**
I approached Wave Visa to secure a sponsored job opportunity in the UK. Before I enrolled, I was assured that:
• They had internal connects with a vast employer network and Direct employer interviews would be arranged almost every other week.
• Most candidates were placed within 3.5–4 months.
• Wave Visa had a near 100% success rate.
These assurances and efficiency stats played a major role in my decision to pay a substantial fee.
**My Experience**
1. No Verifiable Employer Interviews
• In 9 months, Wave Visa failed to arrange even a single verifiable direct employer interview.
• The only interview they claim to have arranged had several concerns over its authenticity:
o No interview invitation from the employer.
o Google Meet link was shared by Wave Visa just 30 minutes before the interview.
o The interviewer didn't appear to represent said employer.
o No communication from the employer before or after the interview.
o Rejection conveyed only by Wave Visa.
There was not even a single mail from the said employer to prove its authenticity.
2. Poor Communication
• Calls, emails, and messages were repeatedly ignored.
• Even senior management failed to respond despite multiple follow-ups.
3. Lack of Transparency
• No regular or verifiable updates on the work being carried out.
• Generic responses with little evidence of actual progress.
**At the End of the Service**
When the promised results did not materialize, the verbal assurances made during the sales process were simply denied. I was told that:
• Interviews were never promised.
• Their responsibility was only to submit job applications.
• Interview decisions were entirely up to employers.
If the service was limited to submitting job applications, I could have done that myself without paying such a substantial amount. The assurances and statements about efficiency stats made during the initial sales pitch are never in writing/recorded anywhere, later they simply refute it and ask to provide written evidence if any. Fortunately, I do have a chat shows interviews were clearly promised.
The service I received was inefficient and materially different than what was represented to me initially.
**Final Thoughts**
***In the 9 months long service, Wave Visa failed to provide even a single direct employer interview, yet claims the service was efficiently delivered. Are these the acceptable standards of efficiency and success at Wave Visa. ***
***My association with Wave Visa has led to loss of my time, effort and money with no positive outcome whatsoever. ***
