Deliver was very good
Deliver was very good. The config app was very clunky and difficult to use. The font colour was not quite right but acceptable. Cards otherwise look great and well presented

A more durable, adaptive, and reuseable business card
Easy to create a design for the card with a pretty good preview. The card is great, exactly as designed and works perfectly. Love that the qr code can be downloaded so I hve the potential to use the same code for marketing posters. The only critique I have is that the edges of the two pieces were not 100% flush which can be felt at times, and it did not fit in the cardboard sleeve sent out. Neither impact functionality or how I would rate the product.

I asked for my company logo on the pack of cards I purchased so I could see what they looked like. Was told "no problem" but arrived without.

The pack is intended to allow clients to see the different finishes of our materials, and does not come with a printout. We received your request to add your logo to the pack, which we agreed to do for no additional fee. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication during production and your sample pack was sent without the print. As soon as we received your feedback, we responded within an hour, offering an express replacement. We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Brilliant customer service
I was super impressed with the functionality, the customer service and the speed at which each step played out, however, as a graphic designer the print quality was below adequate. The good news is, the brilliant response to my woes was five star, the print quality was very quickly addressed and the turnaround for my replacement card was super fast. I now have a really smart looking, perfectly functional card that I'm more than willing to propose to clients when they need new business cards.

Wave Cards are a great local Australian company. When you contact them, you actually speak to a real person, and they assist you immediately.
I had an urgent deadline. I was attending a major conference and needed a Digital Business Card within 1 week. I called Wave Cards, spoke to Sam, and told him my situation. I spoke to Sam late Thursday, sent him our artwork Friday lunchtime, and received my new Wave Cards by 9:00am Monday morning (From Brisbane to Melbourne via Express Post).
The Wave Cards come in a snazzy little box, and a cool little compact pouch, which makes you feel very special. I ordered the Gold Metal card, which is a great statement piece, a special exclusive business card and a memorable ice-breaker tool in conversations with potential customers.
The Wave Card works well when connecting to devices, and the ability to customise your digital profile allows you to standout in the crowd.
