Excellent customer service
Gareth was very helpful, polite and well informed. There was lots of confusion over my previous suppliers and bills but he has sorted it all out. As a customer I now have his direct line if I have any queries. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Shocking avoid them!
Shocking - this company misrepresented who they were (my existing supplier) and lied to me about the current variable rates with my existing supplier.
This is costing more than if I had gone direct to the supplier. Their attitude when challenged on my second call was poor and unhelpful. Their complaints email address does not work.

Right contracts with no fuss
Help is needed when you arrange a new business energy contract because finding suitable suppliers is more complicated than for domestic energy.
