Excellent delivery and quality plants

Visited in July and saw beautiful gardens and ordered a lily which I saw

I ordered a water lily plus accessories which were packed very well with clear instructions on how to plant it in my pond.

Good communications and excellent waterlily plants.

The plants arrived after only a few days. They were well-packed and retained plenty of moisture. The real (pleasant) surprise was they were bigger than I expected. All the lilies were planted within 24 hours of receipt. They're all doing very well in my new pond, with several new lily pads already in evidence, alongside several flower buds. Would certainly buy again.

This is a revised review as my original, which I couldn’t edit and hence deleted, was based on experience too close to receipt of plant and hence less favourable. My dwarf Nymphaea ‘Dr. Antonio Cappelletto’ was supplied bareroot, with a good rootball, as per description but initially slow to settle into it’s new aquatic basket and produce additional leaves. But once it got going it produced not only a few more leaves but its first bud which opened today. So happy to get a flower so quickly, around 7 weeks after planting, and such a beauty too, stunning softest blush pink. I still feel delivery time could be improved upon a little but I guess lifting the plant and cleaning it takes longer than just lifting a planted basket and packaging. And I would prefer to receive plants planted rather than bareroot.

Good website with good photos and classification of water lilies by colour and size. I chose to buy bare root plants by mail order and was delighted by size and quality of plants received and by the prompt way my order was dealt with. The nursery holds a National Collection of water lilies and we travelled from Suffolk to see very beautiful water gardens complete with shop and cafe.

Easy website to use. Quick delivery. Good quality plants. Everything was value for money. One of the lilies is already in flower only a few days after delivery!

It was so easy to order the plants from the website which was easy to use, they also offered a collection service which I used as I didn't live far from the Water Gardens. The plants were waiting for me the next day at the reception desk. Brilliant service.

I have ordered 2 mini Waterliliy kit. I’m very pleased to get them in Good condition packed neatly. Tracking the parcel is smooth.
There is already one bud and really happy to see the 1st bloom.

Water lily plant arrived in perfect condition with flower buds so we could very quickly see the flower colour.
It seems to have settled well in planting pot provided and new leaves now appearing
