I placed an order 2 months ago. Still haven't received it. After contacting support I've been asked to wait a little bit more as they will ship again. Nothing. I contacted them again and I've been told just few more days.. That was on 19th Aug. It's 12th Sept and still nothing. Never buy from them!
I ordered a craft kit 6 weeks ago and still nothing has arrived. I've emailed customer services to be told in poor English that they are requesting my order be expedited, but still nothing. They have currently disappeared off Facebook. Not impressed. Do not use!

Hugely Disappointed. Be warned before buying from Waterfallom.com. I purchased 2 of the Snowflake fairy DIY doll kits the pictures of the kit for sale depicted a set of beautiful dolls you can sew with the items to make 4 nice sized dolls. What arrived was useless. Nothing resembling the advert. Tiny box missing everything to make the doll no felt. Small squares less than 3 Inc square not material as advert sort of plastic like used in shopping bags. No thread.no accessories. I wasted £43 on complete useless item. I have asked for refund but expect that will go into black hole. Won't ever buy from again. I don't know how to add photos.

I ordered my item a month ago (28th may) and I’m still waiting for it. I’ve emailed customer service 6 times and I get the generic response “Sorry to keep you waiting.
We have asked the carrier to expedite the transportation speed.
But sometimes logistics would have delay”.

I ordered a waterfall from this company and It took two weeks to be delivered. They told me when I ordered it that it would be delivered in three days. I tried to cancel my order since it took so long to get delivered. Their return policy is that you only have thirty days from the day of purchaseAND it has to be in the original packaging AND you have to get a return slip. I have emailed several times and got no response. Don’t buy from this company they aren’t worth the trouble.
