Well first...I'm not a bot or a schill! I ordered a brand new Omega Speedmaster Co-axial from Watch Rapport - very competitive price. I was aware of their business model...i.e they are going to source the watch from a 3rd party. I did get very worried for a minute when I came onto trust pilot after the watch was delayed but in my case I shouldn't have worried. The watch arrived today...(4 days late) They sent pics before they shipped it at my request and the watch is perfect, well packaged and just as described and photographed. Not questioning other peoples experiences but here's one upvote for them!

I wouldn’t buy a Casio watch from these people, let alone a luxury watch! Tried using a coupon that was on their site for the stated 10% off + an additional 3% off when you pay by bank wire. After I made the purchase, the total dropped by 10% (as it should have) but the additional 3% saving was nowhere to be found. The amount they were asking me to wire had not been discounted the additional 3%. When I reached out them, they said that I could not “stack” the coupons, and that I could only choose one (i.e., the 3% or the 10%). I just assumed that I misread the coupon, took the 10% off and paid with my credit card. The very next day I logged into Watch Rapport, and what did I see? That same coupon they convinced me didn’t exist. Only this time I took a screenshot of it. To make a very long story short, I emailed this coupon to FOUR different Watch Rapport customer service reps, and they all stuck to their story (i.e., You cannot stack the 10% and the 3% discount, and you must choose one or the other). I pleaded with them “It says right on the darn coupon that you get a total of 13% off!” They were literally denying what was written right in front of them. On top of this, all four customer service reps “refused” to pass me on to their supervisors, so I ultimately canceled my order. They then told me there would be 3.5% cancellation fee. I nearly snapped! If you have a problem with anything, you will be bounced around from person to person with each and every email, never speaking to the same person twice. Worse, they will utterly refuse to escalate your matter to a manager or supervisor. Their customer support is all overseas and it will leave you feeling helpless, especially after they have your money and you can’t speak with anyone who cares, let alone someone who can read and understand a simple coupon. 2 months later and no refund! Stay away from this company! You’ve been warned.

Update: It's been 43 DAYS since I canceled this order and I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED!

Just like others, ordered a watch, found out this company is scam and tried to cancel an hour later. Emails go unanswered. The person on the phone hung up on me. They don't have the watches they are selling. Other clients that are reading this, “like” the review and I will message you and we will get together a class action lawsuit

Was following a watch on Chrono24 for a long time and wanted to check comparable prices online. Came across Watch Rapport and listing for a lower price but the same exact pictures - right down to the scratches noted in the Chrono24 listing (but not referenced by Watch Report). Hope this doesn’t get deleted as I feel people should know when something isn’t really legit.

On two separate transactions I purchased watches and had to wait 4-6 weeks only to have it cancelled due to their failure to fulfill the orders. I tried calling several times to check on status but only got the runaround and excuses about how the sellers they work with never shipped out the item to perform their authentication process. Based on my personal experience and that of many other users, their business model seems to be centered around holding on to your full payment as long as possible (probably to maximize interest gains) before issuing a refund which take over two weeks via bank transfer. They also have a pre-order option for watches that authorized dealers don’t even have that can only be cancelled after 45 days which in my opinion supports my suspicion of dishonest business practices. I don’t believe any of the positive reviews which like their prices sound too good to be true.

I purchased a Grand Seiko Elegance Collection SBGM221, which was advertised as available on 12/28/2022. Despite multiple attempts to receive a confirmed delivery date, I was unsuccessful. As a result, I requested to cancel my order due to the prolonged delay and ambiguity. The retailer informed me that a restocking fee would be charged. I had to involve AMEX in order to receive a refund. It seems that the retailer has a systematic approach to defending their stance, which may be why some reviews were removed by Trustpilot.

I will not order anything from them again, and I do not recommend WatchRapport.com to anyone.

They had my first review removed but I’m not going away watch rapport, scum bags. Site is completely fake they just hold your money as long as possible it’s a free loan for them. The listings are all fake they just steal pictures from Chrono24 and make the price Little cheaper.

I tried to purchase a 7k watch from this vendor, but after almost 20 days, they didn't ship the watch to us, so I decided to cancel the order. They acknowledged the cancellation, and for more than 30 days, I've been waiting for the refund to be made. This seems like a fraudulent website. Beware, DO NOT BUY ANY WATCH FROM THEM. Until I receive my refund, I will write bad reviews to alert buyers!!!

WIRED the $$ for 3 watches waited 22 months and nothing , total scam company , no refund yet and yes they want to charge 3.5% even though the watches are 18 month late so far

Ordered from them twice, and they never delivered. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

I preordered a Rolex. Waited a year for my Skydweller. No watch delivered!! Requested a refund and have been waiting 30 days for the funds to be repaid to my CC. I get confirmation emails of refunding and NO Money. when you call them they say we will put into high priority. I have my CC company looking into the refund. I would stay as far away from company as you can. I will let you know if I get my funds returned.

I placed an order April 2022 through affirm credit. I never receive any update from them in 6 month. Then I contact them after 6 month (October) ask for refund. Customer service was told me they canceled my order and issued my refund . Since that day I was calling them every other day asking for my refund and same story. I contacted affirm credit as well and didn’t get any help from them. Affirm credit was told merchant didn’t process any refund. If they don’t process any refund you will responsible for the balance. Something I never receive from watch rapport. I am still paying every month to affirm. I feel like I am trapped by 2 scammers. I am still paying for something I never receive. Next step I will contact my AG office. I am tired of calling them every other day and get same music.
After I contacted BBB and finally receive my refund.

Ordered watch from site. Saw photos of the exact watch on another website. Contacted the watch owner and it turned out the owner of the watch does not use Watch Rapport and that they illegally used their photos. These were not stock photos but photos of a specific watch with specific aftermarket parts. I contacted Watch Rapport to cancel the order since they do not have permission to sell the watch in the first place and they wanted a fee to cancel the order. So long story short, they scalp photos from watch sellers across the internet to sell watches they don’t have. Then try to charge a fee to cancel order if you discover this fact. Pretty much a scam site. Avoid at all costs.

My husband has beenlooking for a limited edition IWC Portuguese watch. He saw a listing for this on Watch Rappaport and was so excited to tell me. I decided to purchase for his 50th birthday and quickly logged onto the site and purchased. I was so thrilled to be able to have this opportunity. However, in the days, weeks that followed, there was zero correspondence from this company. I started calling after the first week to try to get updates. Each time I was told something different i.e. "you'll get an update once we recieve the watch to authenticate it". This never happened. I became impatient after 3 1/2 weeks insisiting that I get some kind of update and each time was told, "we filed a query" or "one of our specialists will be calling you". There were no emails or calls from their "specialists". I essentially charged $7200 on my Amex. Realizing something seemed wrong, I started to look up reviews and realized I am just one of several hopeful customers who fell prey to their scam. Fortunately, Amex protects its customers from fraudulent scam companies like Watch Rappaport. Sadly, I had to tell my husband that I could not give him this watch which is really the sad thing here. Let this be a cautionary tale. Do not buy from Watch Rappaport. They do not not appear to have these watches, nor do they appear to be a legitimate broker of the watches they list on their site. My guess is they make money off their service fees and hording customer money for a period of time. It's despicable and criminal. Watch Rappaport should be shut down.

Got my watches in just under two months. WatchRapport is a broker, you have to order, and pay, fast or you’ll lose out on great deals. I’ve lagged on funding previous purchases with WR and missed great deals and wasted months with funds tied up. But this time I ordered and used AmEX to pay,I got my Yachtmaster 42 and OP 41 pretty quick considering it’s a WR broker deal.

Update : got my refund

I guess I am facing the same bad experience as everybody here. They got me with attractive prices but it is definitely a scam. Check at the good reviews on Facebook, all fake accounts. Their Instagram is not certified. They don’t have a LinkedIn page. This is not a trusted company. I bought a watch 3 weeks ago, they took 2 days to get the money, but the watch is still under authentication according to the customer service. Nothing shipped so far. I am gonna ask for a refund and fill a complaint against them.

From start to finish, this company was supportive and communicative. They answered every question promptly, gave advise, and delivered the watch on the date promised. I am very happy with my experience with Watch Rapport.

Here I am, 3 weeks later. Still waiting on a refund from my cancelled order. I was told my order has been canceled and I have been refunded. However that isn’t the case. I have not been credited my form of payment back. This company is very unprofessional and seems like a scam. Unfortunately legal action may have to be taken if I don’t receive my money back. This is my 3rd post about the same item/issue. /

Update finally received my refund

This company is a scam and when I demanded my money back - they made me erase any negative reviews before they would return my money. I have it back now and so can clearly tell everyone DO NOT go near this company

I placed an order and a few minutes later read all of the terrible reviews. Contacted to cancel order within a hour or so while order was in pending status. They cancelled the order but are trying to charge a 3.5% handling and processing charge. It never made it past pending status!
