This is a scam company. Don't buy it. I've already been swindled for $10,000.

Purchased a watch August 6, 2023. credit card was charged said it would take a month to come in. The month came and went so I called the company to get an update. They tell me it’ll be another three weeks. Told them I’d like to cancel the order that I am very uncomfortable at this point and starting not to trust them. Took them days to cancel the order. Finally said that I would get a refund within 10 to 15 business days. That was on September 9. It is now October 13 and I’m still waiting for the credit on my credit card. No one will return my call and they keep telling me there is a processing error, I would be very leery of ordering anything from this company at this point.

Sell fake watches ; burnt me for over 10,000 still waiting for a refund?!? Luckily for me I have a family full of lawyers behind me right now in the process of taking this whole company down.

Very poor company. ‘Sold’ me a watch they don’t actually have. Refund promised within 14 days. It’s been almost two months. Plenty of reputable watch brokers. These people are not
One of them.

Update. I have now filed a complaint with the state Attorney General

It is a scam site. Check out their documented cases of fraud on the Better Business Bureau website.

They relist Chrono24-offerings of sometimes allready sold watches (check the pictures for blurred chrono24-watermarks). Don‘t throw your money away and avoid at all cost!

Watch Rapport took my money and confirmed the order. When the time came for the order(s) to be delivered, they gave flimsy false lies. Watch Rapport is not to be trusted. They are liars and thieves. Plain and simple. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!!

Do not deal with this company. Believe all the negative reviews. I’m currently filing a lawsuit against them for fraud. Bought a watch that they allegedly had in their possession only to find out after the purchase that they didn’t have it and it would be 6 to 8 weeks before they could find one. I canceled. Instead of the promised 14 business days for the refund, we’re now over a month and when I complain I get a computer generated response saying thief havv by one technical issues. Clearly a scam that’s going to take a lawsuit to get my $4000 back. But I will.

They are fake and take your money and earn interest on it

Scam company. They said they cancelled the order over 2 weeks ago and never refunded the money. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company..

Watch Rapport is an unscrupulous and fraudulent company.

On December 10, 2022 I paid a full deposit for a pre-ordered Rolex watch using my credit card. I was told that a cancellation fee of 3.5% applies to pre-orders canceled within 45-days from the original paid order date. I therefore waited 45 days and on January 24, 2023 had not received my watch. I canceled my order and requested a refund from Christian Yonson. I was told it would take Watch Rapport 5 business days to process the refund and another 15 business days to see it in my bank.

February 20th, 2023, 20 business days later, I had not received my money. I called Watch Rapport and was put in touch with a man with a raspy voice who gives me another email address to contact Alana and when I ask what his name is, he gets upset, uses a swear word and hangs up the phone on me. I later receive an email from Watch Rapport that my refund is in transit. I’m provided with transaction numbers from Christian Yonson that I provide to my bank. Although my bank does not know what to do with these numbers.

February 28th, 2023, 35 days later I still do not have my refund and I inform watch rapport that I will proceed with contacting the police, credit card fraud department and my attorney. I’m told that same day by Glenn Intong that my refund was canceled and refunded on February 22nd and that I would have to wait another 15 business days for me to receive my money in my account.

On March 1st, my bank informs me that there are no transactions for a refund submitted to them.

On March 2nd, I received an email from Stripe.com who is the credit card merchant for watch rapport informing me that a refund request was not received by them and they advised me to contact my credit card company to file a dispute.

On March 2nd, I file a dispute with my bank and on March 10th, I filed a police report.

In total, it took three months to get a refund of my deposit from my credit card company only after getting the authorities involved. Watch Rapport never refunded my deposit back.

This site copies my listings from Chrono24 and other websites. I've NEVER dealt with them and I never will. They rip photos from other sites and post them on their own website. #ScamAlert

This company is a sham. They copy the listings of other, legitimate watch resellers, and they collect your money up-front. Then, after holding your funds for 4-6 weeks, they inform you that they can't fulfill your order, and that you will receive a full refund in 15 business days. But the refund never comes on its own. You have to actually call after the 15 business day waiting period, and then they open an "escalation ticket", which is just another excuse to keep your money as long as possible.

The entire business is a scam designed to earn money off the interest float they enjoy until you scream loud enough, threaten a lawsuit, or formally dispute the original charge with your credit card company.

Don't fall for their ridiculous star rating. The positive reviews are from profiles that are obviously fake accounts. If you filter the reviews to only show "verified purchasers", you'll their true 1-star rating. Run, as fast as you can, away from this "business".

Overall a good experience with WatchRapport.com. They came recommended by my boss that had purchased from them before. I found a Tudor Pelagos priced incredibly well with an additional 10% off. I purchased 08/01/23 with an ETA of 08/31/23. The watch arrived a week early and in perfect, as presented, condition. Their customer service was helpful along the way and I will definitely purchase from them again.

I was consulted by telephone and my issues was discussed at great length. Some of the issues was resolved immediately satisfactory and the outstanding service that I requested is in working progress.I'm happy to proceed with further work in the future .when I receive a competitive quote .

Got a great deal on a watch I had been looking for. I wasn't in a rush to receive and was therefore not turned off by the estimated delivery date of a month, (it was actually a week or so later). My one complaint was that I was given no advance notice of the shipping. A notice came the day the package was to be delivered, which meant I could not have it held at a local fedex branch and instead I had a very expensive watch sitting in a small box on my porch for a good chunk of the day while I was at work. Very stressful. Once the box was opened, I was pleased with the watch and all the box, papers and warranty card were present. Overall very happy with the purchase.

I bought an Omega Aqua Terra on a discount code, and had some worries after I placed the order and saw a lot of poor reviews online about them, and while it took some time to get my order (their site said it would take about 30 days), I did receive it on the exact date they said for me to expect it. Every email that we had back and forth leading up to me getting it was returned in a timely and courteous manner. The watch was packaged well and protected and had all of the box, cards, etc. and works great. I have no complaints at all with my dealings with them. I understand that others have not had the same experience as me, and feel bad for any of those sistuations, but my purchase was fairly stress free. Thanks for the good deal!

This company is a total scam. They don't have watches and simply hold your money as long as possible with every excuse in the world. Total scam, stay away.

Preordered a Rolex in March this year, but they never shipped it. Like many other reviewers said, they did not refund me because they were suing their merchant processors. I have to call their attorney to get my refund for orders they can't fulfill.

I should know that don't fall for it when it's too good to be true.

Stay away from them.

That’s horse s***. I didn’t file a chargeback until several weeks after Watch Rapport claimed to have sent a refund. I opened the chargeback claim because that refund was never received and my bank had zero record of it. The Chargeback is the only reason I was able to resolve this situation.

Placed an order on May 16, 2023. On June 7 I emailed customer service for a status update on my watch, as tracking had not been updated. I received a reply the same day stating "Currently, we're awaiting feedback on Authentication and Inspection...we're unable to give a definitive date for receipt...rest assured we will continue to send you updates" (RED FLAG)

I did not receive further updates until I emailed again on June 14th when I called to check status. Customer service on the phone told me my order was in-transit to authentication, which is obviously a direct contradiction to the email received on June 7 (RED FLAG). It was at this point I looked up reviews. Scam. I should have done my research before purchasing, as what follows has been an absolute hassle.

On June 14 I canceled my order in accordance with the Watch Rapport Cancelation Policy which states that if a watch is not delivered within 30 days of purchasing, orders can be canceled for a full refund. The website says 3-5 business days for processing. On July 14 I received email confirmation of my order cancelation, but the email says 3-5 business days + 15 business days for processing at my bank (RED FLAG).

On July 16 I reached out to Watch Rapport Customer Service to confirm my refund has been processed. I received an automated reply stating my order had been canceled (again?). I emailed again and got a reply from a human asking me to check in 3-5 business days after June 14. On June 21 I emailed again and received a reply from Watch Rapport which said "Your refund is in transit to your bank and should be credited to your account statement. We initiated a transfer in the amount of $XXXXXXXXX".

On June 23, my refund had still not been received, so I opened a dispute with my credit card. I submitted all email communications from Watch Rapport to my credit card and they started an investigation. On July 10, my credit card had still not completed their investigation and was awaiting a response from Watch Rapport to refute my claim. On July 10, I emailed Watch Rapport again to ask them for confirmation that the email sent to me on June 21 was accurate and in fact a refund had been processed. Watch Rapport replied the same day to say "Upon checking, it seems that you've filed a dispute with your financial institution. Can you kindly confirm whether a chargeback has been submitted?" (RED FLAG).

I replied same day to say I did submit a claim and had shared all email communications with my bank. Watch Rapport replied to say "Please note that by submitting this claim, you have delayed the refund process."

Ok, sure.

It's now July 12, two months after placing my order, and I finally got a chargeback from my credit card approved.
