I've just bought a stunning Omega Constellation from Marla. It is absolutely as described and was a very fair price for the excellent condition, warranty and the service provided. Marla sent additional photos and a video to me and answered all my queries in a timely manner. Marla was extremely helpful as was David. David was also very informative regarding the workings of watches. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and should I be looking for a watch in the future I would definitely check them out first.

I was staying in London so decided to vist a number of AD (Authorised dealer) Rolex shops near Oxford street and Mayfair. The watch I wanted wasnt available. I was very fortunate to find Watch collectors on line. And quickly found the watch I wanted. I made an offer by email. And received a prompt reply and acceptance of my offer for the watch for sale on their website. I wanted to view the watch in person. And I was invited the following day to their Mayfair office just a few minutes from Bond street tube station. I was made welcome by David who produced the watch. And he gave me a friendly and indepth history of the watch. It was everything I expected from the pictures and information on the watch collectors web site. Including the competitive price. After an inspection of the watch. I was very happy to complete the purchase. I can honestly recommend this professional and established retailer for a secure and safe purchase. Thank you.

I intended to purchase a Rolex with Adam of Watch Collectors UK. I was going to travel to their location in London to pick it up but needed to wait for my passport renewal. To secure the watch, I told Adam I would leave him a deposit in good faith confirming I would be purchasing the timepiece. Unfortunately, 2 weeks before I was scheduled to go, my only brother passed away in a car accident. As you can imagine it has left myself and my family devastated. I told Adam what had happened and that I was in no mental state to travel to London or purchase anything that is supposed to bring me joy due to the passing of my brother - it just wouldnt be right. Adam understood and sent his condolences, at the same time agreeing to issue a full refund to me of the deposit I had left with them. Verbatim Adam's text is as follows "Hi Ethan, I have spoken with my colleagues and we can issue you a full of the deposit you put down as we would not want to keep it." Adam asked me for my banking information which I provided. After a few days, I asked for the status of the refund and Adam informed me that they could no longer issue me the refund because it was all of a sudden against company policies. I then asked if they would issue a refund for 50% of the deposit amount which I thought was very fair - only to hear they refuse to do so. I strongly believe this is not the way to do business especially when there are uncontrollable circumstances involved.

At the end of the day, Adam and Watch Collectors UK have no morals and do not do the right thing by their potential customers. Very Very Disappointed.

I filled in all details of the watch I want to sell, with photos, and instead of a valuation which I what was promised, merely got an email asking what I wanted for it and no further response.

Bought a JLC watch from watchcollectors the whole experience was 1st class the customer service was on another level nothing was to much.
