Excellent service from two men who, timely manner, no waste of time and money, very efficient, will use them again and I highly recommend Tez and Bal, they are nice guys.

The guys had arrived on time and they have done a great service, Taz and his team member Bal are working hard and doing everything needed, good job 👍

Excellent service from original phone call a couple of days ago, up to removal of sofa bed earlier today.

The initial communication was excellent. We were given an agreed fee. The two men who came to collect the furniture demanded more money before starting the collection. We explained we had an agreed fee. They were aggressive and took the furniture. When we gave them the agreed fee they said we owed more money. We did not give them any more money but I would not trust this company to collect from any lone females or elderly people.

Harshit & his colleague were quick & efficient at removing a washing machine for disposal. Next day booking. Good communication.

On time and cleaned efficiently would recommend Harshit!

Not turning up after changing times 3 times ! Totally let me down when trying to move on my own. Having been told 12- 4 then a call to say would be tgrre between 2 and 3. Didnt arrive - then said 8.00 pm - assured would be there. Didnt come - then suggested 11pm! No way to treat a customer ! Be honest, tell the truth !

I had a mattress that needed disposing of. Found this company online it had good reviews so I thought I'd try it. So glad I did. The mattress was taken away next day at quite a reasonable price. A pleasant gentleman called Harshit took it away without any fuss. I would definitely recommend Wastemove Ltd and I will certainly use them again. Thank you.

The worst experience they agreed on £140 and asking for £180. Ridiculous and unprofessional service by wastemove.

Shah Rukh and Mehak done a marvellous job by clearing all my garden stuff they also went the extra mile by stacking my bricks up nice and neatly they came on time and communicated to me about the things I'd like to keep and not keep.
Absolutely fantastic clearance and will definitely use this service again and will share to family and freinds. Thank you again you both done an amazing job.

I have been waiting since this morning - no sign yet of their arrival. Very poor communication. I am looking at other people's reviews and I am worried that this is a frequent problem.

Third time of using. 1st time-brilliant, 2nd time-awful. Demanded more money, didn't take all the rubbish, rude. 3rd time-late, rude, demanded £90 instead of the agreed £60. Told me to leave a 5 star review, you must be joking. If I could have left a minus star I would have. Definitely will not be using again. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Tried to intimidate me into paying more money. Was clearly moaning about me in his own language

I needed a two seater sofa bed removed. The two gentleman were very respectful of my property and though I am on the first floor, they did not struggle at all. I would definitely recommend Wastemove ltd and will not hesitate to use them again.
