Great selection of products online
Great selection of products online. Had been looking for a certain tar remover in shops and no one had it, but these guys did. Prompt delivery and even found a pack of Haribo sweets inside when i opened my delivery!

Hi Thomas, Thank you for leaving us a 5-star review. Vasco is one of the gems on the market with raving feedback. Make sure to shake the bottle very well before using and I am sure you'll love it as much as everyone else. Great to hear you like the Haribos too. They can be either used to get some energy back or to bribe the better half if there are complaints about "spent money on the car again"... Thanks again and I am looking forward to serving you again soon. Pascal
Super service
Super service, very quick and great selection of products. This was my second order and I’ll definitely order again. Pascal is very helpful and really accommodating

Thanks, Suzanne! A very overdue reply from me, but I didn’t want to leave your kind words unanswered. It’s great to see you were already back for a second order when you left this review. I really appreciate the support, and I hope we’ve continued to look after you well since then!
Pleasure to deal with.
From the first time dealing with Pascal to the last it has been a pleasure. Personal little touches like hand written notes and air freshener were a nice touch. Product availability and speedy delivery is second to none.

Thanks so much for this review! I’m only getting around to replying now, but it’s lovely to look back on feedback like this. The handwritten notes and little extras are small things, but I’ve always liked adding that personal touch rather than just sending out a box. Really appreciate the support over the years, and I hope we’ve continued to look after you well!
Buy absolutely everything for detailing…
Buy absolutely everything for detailing my car, lovely little touch popping the bag of sweets into the box haha put a smile on my face and also I great for giving any bit of advice you might need.

Thank you kindly for the review James. We may be a small business, but trust, professionalism and customer experience are always at the top of our priorities! Our products do the rest. Talk soon, Pascal
Excellent products
I had a one 4 all voucher and found this site on the list of online retailers that accept one 4 all. This was ideal, especially as I had been wanting to try Labocosmetica products for a while. What can I say other than excellent products, but above all, excellent customer service. I would have no issues recommending this company to anyone looking for car detailing products.

Wow an amazing company
Wow an amazing company from start to finish quick delivery quick service. We had an issue with our product and though people would think this should bring my five stars down for me it does the opposite. I emailed them and within 24 hours I had my new product and had sent the other one back. They were so friendly and nice and organized would definitely buy off them again. Thank you for your amazing customer service.

Laura, thank you very much for your honest review. I was as disappointed as you and your husband after I got your pictures from the Poka Wheel Stand since it was the first time I have come across a faulty part from any of the Poka Premium products. While not everything goes to plan all the time, we are also here to sort such things out asap and not just simply sell. Thanks again for your patience and I am looking forward to serving you again soon. Pascal
Fantastic service
Great company to deal with. I ordered a cleaning kit that was out of stock everywhere. It arrived very quickly with a nice extra gift enclosed. I was kept up to date with the dispatch and delivery and received a nice thank you email, which was great.

Hi Luke, thanks for your custom and your 5-star review. Supply has been a challenge across the board in the past 18 months and we are trying the best to avoid running our of stock or at least get an ETA. We’re thrilled to hear you had a positive experience, and we hope we can help you with all your product needs again in the future. Pascal
