Happy with Wash+Dry mats, repeat customer
This is my third purchase from Wash+Dry mats. The mats look nice and are easy to clean. My previous purchases have handled the busy traffic in my kitchen and come out of the washer and dryer looking great.

Best mats on the market especially for pet owners. I have washed and dried mine many times and they still look new. Also, great for staying in place and reducing trip hazard.

Great rugs
Great rugs. I've purchased 7! Yes, 7! For kitchen, mud room, laundry room, bathroom. 2 adults and a big dog in the country. Handles dirt and wet, snowy shoes. Easy to vacuum. Easy to toss in washing machine. No loops on which doggy nails can snag. Low profile to fit under low doors. They are very low maintenance.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. One rep told me one thing, and another wouldn’t honor it. Went back and asked twice for them to listen to the conversation, and was denied. Also,
Wouldn’t respond to emails.

Excellent quality
I ordered two rugs and washed them before using as directed- they came out of the dryer soft and fluffy. They stay in place on my tile floors. I have 3 dogs- the ability to toss my rugs into the wash is wonderful- I just ordered two more!

These mats are outstanding!
I'm so glad I finally found this brand in the US. I must have owned and have heavily used my first two Wash+Dry mats for about 15 years now and they still seem brand new. I brought them with me from Germany when I first moved to the US and have been looking for the brand ever since as nothing compares to them.
These products fulfill all my expectations:
They easily vacuum, feel nice, stay in place, wash easy, dry super quick, and look awesome! They hold up forever, and I can't say enough good things.

Hi Tom, our mats are best on hard floor surfaces. If you plan to use on a carpeted surface we suggest a rug pad.
Flat, Washable, and Attractive
My mat arrived quickly. It is what I expected it would be. I haven't tried laundering it yet. I put it inside my front door and it is flat enough to not move when I open or close the door.
