From start to finish Tara was absolutely fantastic.
At every step of the way I was put at ease with their knowledge and understanding.
Definitely a great team to deal with.

Quick and amazing service
This is the first time of using the warranty, from the phone call I made (I think I spoken to a lady called Tara? Sorry if this is wrong!) who was so helpful, and then Matt dealing with the emails. All members have been so polite and were so lovely to deal with! Such quick responses thank you all x

I must admit that the thought of having to claim via warranty didn’t fill me with confidence but Tara has gone above and beyond to make the process as simple and stress free as possible.

I had a Nox sensor issue so I contacted the warranty Admin team. Tara who was my point of contact had guided me through the process which was very much appreciated.

The claims process was slightly complicated by me not being able to chase up the required documentation from the servicing department at the dealership.

I explained the situation to Tara at WAS and she was fantastic, she took over all the communication with Mercedes and chased them until the process was resolved.

Genuinely very impressed with the service I received.

One phone call and I was given all the information I needed to use the warranty. Safe to say, we were pretty cynical, but it really couldn't have been easier. We chose to use a third party to complete the work. From the first phone call, to the work being completed and the money being reimbursed to our account was 4 days. Amazing

Having been part of the Motor Trade for many a year, I have dealt with Warranty companies a lot.
Some good some bad.
I have, however never known a warranty comlany so efficient and courteous as Warranty Administration.

I recently purchased a car and within a month we had an issue with the battery.
WAS Ltd were amazing liaising with the company i bought the car from an arranging reimbursement from something that wasn't covered but due to the amount of time that had passed in purchasing the car.
