Probably a scam...

I placed an order with Warmly on 9/18 and received an email that said my order would be delivered in 2-5 business days. It has now been over 9 business days, and I have yet to receive so much as a tracking number for my order. I understand we're in a tough time and shipping might take a bit longer than usual, but not ever receiving a tracking number seems like a bit of a red flag. I emailed the company twice and have also called twice and left a voicemail (who knew customer service just couldn't answer?). I have not heard back and am very disappointed, I'm tempted to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company.

Where's my order???

I placed an order August 26th. I can't track the pendant lights nor can I contact anyone. Tomorrow will be October 1st. I guess the tricks on me...I was scammed!

Warmly is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Are you noticing that the ONLY positive reviews for this company are indicated as "Invited" reviews? That's because this place is a scam. It's like they're not actually interested in selling you anything. Or in pleasing their customers. I ordered 3 lights a month ago and I never got a confirmation email, only a text from someone thanking me for my order. 3 weeks later, I'm trying to track my order and realized I have no email or tracking number or anything so I tried to contact them through their email listed on their site. The person who responded was polite enough but told me there was a system error and my order was never placed (even though they too my money). He apolologized but did not make any effort to help me with my order. My options were to get a refund or place a new order and wait another 3-5 weeks. I left numerous messages via voicemail and chat, none of them were responded to. After some back and forth, and after I wrote to convey my disappointment in their response and to suggest that they maybe try and send me my order and expedite it (to make up for the mix up that happened on their end) all they did was apologize again and refunded my money. (Although I need to see if it actually makes it back into my account) ?! Aren't they interested in selling their goods??? I don't understand their response at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

VERY BAD COMPANY

VERY BAD COMPANY. I ordered three hanging lights, which, in the photo and description, were something worth the $900 I spent—heavy glass and luminous. The actual product I received is cheap tin with holes to let the light through. So cheap, worth about $10 each!!! The company is now giving me the run around and will not send me a shipping label, nor any return address to send them. It takes ages for them to get back to me and when they do, they want me to provide information on the products that they should already have and keep skirting the issue to getting the ball rolling for my return! It seems like they are wasting the time so I will no longer make the window for return. Please do yourself a great service and order elsewhere. This company is a sham.

My pleas for assistance are being ignored

I placed my order in early July and the order was sent out end of July. I have yet to receive my order despite a 'check in' email asking how my delivery went and to rate it. I responded to the email saying that I had not received my order...weeks later and no response so I emailed again and even started a chat on their website. Again with no response??
It has been more than 2 months since my order was shipped and I am getting frustrated because I am leaving my province in 3 weeks so it is important that I know where my parcel is!!

Refund

I wrote a review here before that I didn't receive my order which was placed 2 months ago. Later the warmly team communicated to me and returned my money immediately. I guess it was some big system collapse at the time I was placing an order. Everyone can make a mistake, so I deleted my previous review because my money was returned and communication was clear and fast.

Delivery delay is very bad.

Very bad company. They don't keep inventory therefore your purchase is shipped directly from supplier in China. I purchase July 27th, delivery terms were supposed to be 3-4 weeks. I never received my order. They e-mail back, if they do, a week later providing you with tracking #. Very expensive for ridiculous shipping terms. I request a reimbursement, they never wrote me back. Customer service is bad.

I ordered 3 lights at the beginning of May, and the company was quick to take my money. I was then informed that there would be a slight delay and it would take up to 20 working days for the lights to be delivered. Fast forward 5 MONTHS and I have still not received my lights and my multiple requests for refunds have been ignored. This is an example of drop-shipping at its worst.

Have not received them. Have emailed and phoned several times but have gotten no response from "customer service". I have asked for a refund and only crickets. I guess I've been scammed! Will definitely be spreading the word on this!!!

Service with a warmly smile

Quick delivery to the other side of the world, items were packed well for a safe delivery. my lights were exactly the same as the pictures on the site. At every step I felt safe to order from Warmly Decor and knew when to expect my delivery even with longer wait times with covid everything was easily explained. Really nice lamps

Ordered some nice lamps, arrived last week and we've already installed it, no issues and it looks great.
The hall looks entirely renewed, its amazing.

Master bath remodel…

I ordered the Danica rain shower head and Pylas handheld shower for my master bath remodel. The handheld shower took a little longer to arrived, but I’m very happy with both. Can’t wait to see my bathroom completed.

I'm pleased with this company and most with the customer service relation.

I'm pleased with this company and most importantly the customer service. Despite the situation of the closing borders, regarding the COVID-19 my order was well taken care of. They had responded right away when I didn't have any specific updates of where my order was located. And for the inconvenience they've offered me compensation even it wasn't their fault.
