Good morning. I'm sorry to hear that you've had a problem with the pump in your boiler. Can you send me over the serial number and the model number on the inside of your boiler please and I can look into this for you. I assume you've also contacted our support team as if it's in warranty then the replacement pump should be covered foc.

Warmflow's friendly, efficient service
Warmflow were very helpful with adviice for me to choose a new boiler. A date was given for removing the old one, and fitting the new. The guys were friendly, efficient, and after the set up was complete, they gave good instructions on working the controls. Guarantee sorted for me.

Arrived missing a screw and poorly installed flue gasket.

Thanks for the review. Are you able to send over the serial number of the boiler so we can investigate this please. We do supply the screws but the flue basket does not come installed as that is the job of your installer.

Warmflow boilers longevity in doubt
Had a condenser boiler fitted 11 years ago and serviced every year. The service engineer has just told me there is a leak in the boiler and I’ve noticed this is a problem that other users have had so I assume it’s a design weakness of some sort - I note that most of the reviews are positive but almost all are ref installations which are less than one year old.

Thanks for the review. Whilst we would certainly want and expect our boilers to last a lot longer than 11 years there are a lot of factors which affect the longevity of an oil boiler. Boilers mainly develop leaks mostly due to water corrosion which can be the result of a lack of servicing or incorrect servicing. Has the system water been treated sufficiently at servicing with inhibitor and enough of it, have perishable items such as seals and washers been changed regularly are all questions that are asked? In terms of the age and nature of the reviews, we only joined Trustpilot a few years ago so most reviews will be from during that period.

The boiler was installed by a certified plumber Trueheat and I was very impressed with the quality of the installation. The boiler is very compact and compared to our 25year+ it looks and sounds brilliant. It has been running very quietly and responds instantaneously with my Hive app. It is early days only 8 days but everything is working perfectly.

Thanks for the great review. In terms of the installation we pride ourselves on having an easy to fit boiler although if it was a first attempt from a new installer it may have been a bit of getting used to the boiler going on. That said I'm glad to hear that its running well
