Extremely helpful, quick and efficient service both in replying to my e-mail queries and delivery of goods.

We bought a corner sofa unit for our new Orangerie and were very impressed with the product, how it was packaged, and the service of delivering it to our house. We looked at a number of garden centres for this type of product and the price was double! So, to sum up an excellent quality product which was good value for money. Will certainly buy from here again.

Placed the order online. Customer service telephoned the next day to arrange delivery - they offered the following day which was a nice surprise, but I was not available. Delivered as planned, early in the day, good communication from the driver.

The patio set arrived on time and was delivered to the front of the house. The table was very easy to assemble and we were sitting eating our meal within 30 mins. The set is of excellent quality and was far cheaper than similar products on the market. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase.

My husband suffers with a bad back, so buying a garden furniture set without trying it, was not an option. After months of searching locally for somewhere with lots of furniture sets on display AND that were actually in stock (without success), we came across this place on social media. We took an hour trip to visit it and was not disappointed! Loads of sets on display, to try and they were actually in stock! We purchased the Florida luxury reclining sofa set with fire pit. It was a good price but they took off a bit extra and threw in two cushions! To top it all, they delivered it the next day. Super happy! Would highly recommend.

I found the whole experience of purchasing our new patio set, from start to finish, straight forward and efficient.
I ordered from an ad on FB, it was delivered quickly and without hitch. I was given a date for delivery and then on the day of delivery, I had a text 30 mins before it arrived.
The young man driver, was smartly dressed, polite and helpful.
After it was delivered, I had reason to email the company with a small concern I had and I received a reply within the hour putting my mind at rest.
Altogether a pleasing transaction, I would purchase from this company again and would happily recommend them to others.

There was a wide variety of garden furniture available which could be viewed online and in the shop. The price was comparable with others and delivery was good. Wish the delivery wasn't only on Wednesday and Friday.

First set of rattan Roma set had been batteries and was not fit for purpose. Photos were supplied. After sending this back got a replacement set , very quickly,and we are very happy with it. It is extremely comfortable. Thank you

We had been looking for months online to buy new garden furniture and trying to get the best quality of the furniture for the budget we had set ourselves! We needn’t of looked anywhere else as quality is brilliant and quick delivery! Delivery guys well mannered and polite and we will definitely be buying from them again next year for my daughter

garden furniture is lovely, the delivery was on time unfortunately the pallet that it came on was to high for me to be able to get the top boxes of by myself apart from that good service and lovely furniture, cushions are nice and thick good quality

The furniture I ordered wasn’t in stock but could put a deposit down or pay in full for when it was in, this I did. Was told to expect it end August beginning September so was very pleased to get a call on Thursday for delivery Saturday. The furniture was delivered on time , packed extremely well and is lovely, exactly as described and looks great. No hesitation in recommending using this company.

Wonderful furniture. Very sturdy and comfortable. Only down side is they only deliver to front garden, so l had to ask someone to help me move it to the back!!!

There was a query with the delivery due to the Haulier, and customer service tracked, followed and resolved the query. GREAT Customer Service

Product very good can’t fault it but the delivery was a different story had text to say it would arrive approximately 11am twice but it didn’t arrive until 4-30 total waste of the day
