I started buying from these folk about a decade ago and have never had anything other than a great experience. I can't imagine I won't be doing so for the next few decades too.

The team at Warco are great.
Nothing is too much trouble.
Machinery they supply is extremely good.
Delivery is even better, order one day delivered next day!!
Have used Warco both personally and at work.

I had an issue with my WM250 lathe in that the machine would not run. After exhausting my own diagnostics I emailed customer service who wrote back within an hour. Peter diagnosed that it was likely the PCB that was at fault and said he would get a new one sent out to me. Two days later it duly arrived and it took about ten minutes to fit (an easy plug and play job) hey presto, my machine was back up and running within two days. That is exceptional customer service.

I required some new motor brushes for the 450watt motor on my WM180 lathe, only a small item of small cost. Enquiry and quotation was delt with efficiently, I placed my order around lunch time, and the order was received before lunchtime the next day fantastic service in my mind for such a small cost item. I had heard through forums and webbsites that Warco's service was good, overall first class experience, thank you all in Warco's spare department.

I have Warco machines old and new and am a returning customer. Service and communications have always been good however on this instance I required a speedy delivery as I had goods waiting to go out and needed the part I ordered. I sent a quick note via their messaging window on my order which was acknowledged and by magic my goods arrived the following day, can't fault it. Do I recommend the company? does it sound like it? :-) Bob

The sales team (Tim in particular) were excellent, informative and professional. The item is brilliant quality and my fears about buying Chinese lathes put to rest - provided you use WARCO that is!!
I'm a complete newbie to the 'Super mini lathe' and last used an industrial version some 40 years ago whilst doing technology A levels at school!!
Don't buy from the usual online sources (Eb**, Am****) etc. Warco will assure your investment is matched by quality and after sales UK service and care!

The Advice and knowledge that the staff gave me when choosing my machine was absolutely superb no pressure nothing at all like that. I did purchase a milling machine from was able to select the delivery date and it arrived on the middle of the delivery slot. I was told the delivery driver was professional and courteous and pushed it to the top of the drive which I was thankful for.
The mill well packaged and protected by the case and then pallet wrapped it was absolutely wonderful. The only problem I had with it was it White getting it up the rest of the drive but the back way but after three hours it was on the bench, all I can say is thank you so much for being so professional and a brilliant service.

I used a lathe and a mill of another brand before, which was good but getting too small for my work which deals with building and repairing astronomical telescope as a hobby. As I looked after a more precise belt driven mill and a threadcutting solution for a lathe that avoids having to change gears manually, my choice fell on a GH1230 lathe and a WM16B mill from Warco. I purchased both in August 2021 and I do not look back. I had one issue with the lathe, as some speed settings jammed (it was an ex-demo model), and I got good advice from Warco how to fix this. I also got good advice later when I purchased additional accessories for both the lathe and the mill.

In terms of the lathe, there was a competitive product of another company which however had only two DRO axes, while Warco has three. Also Warco offers the slightly shorter version (GH1230 instead of 1236) which was just the right size for my workshop, allowing me to still open drawers of surrounding furniture.

For the mill, I did not find another source for a modern belt driven product like the WM16B and this made my decision, as I made good experiences with belt driven mills before: Quiet operation, no wear of gears.

So in total I can 100% recommend Warco. Yes, the machines are Chinese imports and purists may find that other industrial machines made in Europe may be made to a higher standard, but the Chinese made ones are affordable and some little modifications easily added when needed to improve things a bit. The same as with Chinese telescopes by the way.

I ordered some workshop items that were in their xmas promotion very late. and did not expected delivery until after Xmas and the new year. Warco somehow got them to me the next day prior to Xmas. I then called their customer service as one item did not match the description, 2 slots instead of 3, the person I dealt with was very polite and checked the specs with the new one. He had a slightly shop soiled one with 3 slots, which I could have FOC. I agreed to this and it was sent, again very quickly. I have a Warco WM14 Mill that is now 6 years old and still holding accuracy with no issues. Warco are big enough to cope and still give great customer satisfaction.

This is a well respected company amongst model engineers. I have been a customer for about 15 years and have purchased a number of products. Not all have been great but several items are mainstays in my workshop. The pillar drill has been very dependable tacking most jobs I undertake. From small 1mm holes to larger 20mm holes. I have a grinder that with the addition of a decent table is very useful. I also have two 1 inch wide linishers that I use very frequently, one for sanding and one foe polishing. I had a problem with a bandsaw that was very poor and despite several attempts to get working properly it failed. Warco were not great on this occasion and I gave to a friend for spares. However when I had a problem with my grinder it was resolved rapidly. Overall I am very satisfied with the customer service and products.

Having decided to revisit lathe work again since 1968. I visited Warco and the reception and help were first class.
I was greeted with coffee by Bev and Peter answered all my questions. Tim later answered all my further questions and the overall service has been great!

Friendly, Helpful, Personable. A delight to find this level of service today. However, product on back order so waiting for it to arrive. Have no hesitation to do further business with them. Thanks guys.

Pricing and quality of machines are great.
Communication and organising of machines being delivered to our really difficult site is exceptional.
We will continue to use Warco for years to come.

I’ve shopped with warco for quite a few years, and without fail the experience has always been top notch. Had my WM16 mill for close to 3 years now and haven’t had to do a single thing to it(well, apart from cleaning an octo coupler since the speed readout went haywire), and it still holds precision like day 1. Yes, the machines might be slightly pricier than some other companies that shan’t be named, but there’s a very good reason for it - they’re all inspected and checked before shipping, which is very reassuring, and the customer service is second to none. Now I just need to find the time and visit their new showroom!

warco are a very helpful company and will assist even if the product is not theirs . i have bought machines in the past and are of excellent quality , contact at warco is easy with polite helpful people

Poor quality Chinese lathes delivered with no inspection, setup or testing as they claim. Full of casting voids, swarf, rust & missing paint. Don't waste your time or money.

Cant give a worse review, delivery driver was great but Warco is abysmal. Specified max pallet of 80cm to get down side of the house. We asked for biggest dimension 5 time. Delivery day and pallets are 120CM.

WE WILL NEVER GO TO WARCO AGAIN. !!

I have purchased three machines plus tooling over the years.
Recently I needed a replacement part under warranty and received a prompt reply to my email, the part was delivered two days later, no fuss no questions.
Well done Warco!

When I needed a spare part for my Warco lathe, I had a very quick response from the Spares Department through the ‘Contact’ facility on the website. They had the part in stock, sent me a pro-forma invoice the same day and dispatched the part as soon as I transferred the payment. I received the part the following day and my lathe was back up and running again! Excellent service from Warco!
