Order placed with the company that was never dispatched, Requested further information from retailer who ignored first email then replied to 2nd 7 days later, Again did not issue a refund after 2 further emails, Finally replied after issued a chargeback with our bank.
Edit after reply from warbay.shop - Apparently we do not refund you either! Chargeback initiated with our bank due to payment being sent 8 weeks ago and not refunded nor receipt of goods.

Order not delivered, no option to cancel and zero feedback
Order still processing after more than a week with no option to cancel order or any indication that the package will be sent. Zero communication from website/seller when contacted.

Harry, I am so sorry that you experienced this. Unfortunately we have no trace of any messages from you, so I am not sure where these went. We do have a message on our contact us page that does state to contact us via whatsapp or social media for the quickest reply.
I have checked your order and it does appear it has been delivered. As it describes on the product page, unfortunately we don't get out magazines on release date, but a little while after, so we then have to scramble quickly to get everyone's orders out as soon as possible. I think on the date of your review, was around the date that we actually received the magazine (I think it was Monday the 4th July). I hope you can give us another chance as it appears some miscommunication has happened here.

Excellent company who will be my first stop for any GW minatures I want or bits I need from this point onwards.
Prices are about the best I've seen anywhere, descriptions refreshingly honest, delivery incredibly fast, postage prices really cheap and customer service is second to none.

I have bought several second-hand miniatures from this shop and it is excellent. It has become my go-to shop for wargaming and hobby stuff. Great prices and really nice customer service. Good range of Warhammer, and now they are expanding and offering other games too. 100% recommended.
