War Tablegames Recenzje

Never got my order but were quick to take my money, been waiting over 2 months

Make sure to use a CC with fraud protection, because you'll never seen your merchandise.

Scam site, ripping people off either shipping recasts late or not shipping at all. Do Not Do business here.

This review is for "www dot war1-tablegames dot co" ("co" and not "com") as apparently there are different business with similar names.

The models I ordered arrived, I was happy with the quality, and I can confirm that this website is not a scam.

In fact, I was quite impressed with their customer service. I made an error when entering my phone number in the order form. The next day, the company contacted me to request that I provide my number otherwise they could not ship the package. I mistakenly sent my number to the "do not reply address" instead of their contact address. They then contacted me again to request my number (although it did take them two weeks, ha ha), which they obviously would not bother doing if they were scammers.

The tracking number they sent me worked, although I had to use the China Post EMS website to track it. The models were very well packed, with parts in baggies, and wrapped in bubble wrap. The quality of the models was obviously not perfect, but much better than I expected, especially for the price.

I ordered a set of MKIII Legionaries, and legion-specific pauldrons. The MKIII Legionaries were almost identical in size and quality to the originals. The pauldrons were noticeable smaller than originals, but the casting was good. None of the models had any brittle or thin parts. I have no qualms about buying out-of-print models, and will continue to do so from this company.

They take the money instantly and dont answer back refund petitions or anything. Not even recasters, its just a scam.

Placed an order; money taken immediately.
No status update; wrote to them with no response.
Finally got a vague reference after emailing a different address.
Contested with PayPal. W3 provided a tracking number which PayPal took as valid. Confirmed with USPS the tracking number had nothing to due with my address. (Was miles away and a business, who confirmed they didnt' get anything in my name.)

great company that does not deliver to customers

Ordered back in march. Not answering emails or PM. Its a scam.

Scamm. No items have been sent, no tracking information provided, no response to 3 email attempts. They are criminal scum.

Told me for weeks were going send me tracking never did, complete fakes couldn't even send n ad recasts literal total scam no itemsvever shipped

This is an absolute scam. They run different versions of the website on multiple domains. They only take refund requests by email and they change the email address posted on the website. They do not comply with refunds and claim emails take 2 weeks to process. They stop responding to emails and do not confirm that a refund has been initiated.

Do not conduct business with this website, they are an illegitimate business.

This site does NOT sell official warhammer merchandise. Also their TOS are dodgy as hell, for example: "If item is lost in delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item with no extra cost to you provided sufficient proof is provided."
Nowhere it states what defines "sufficient"

But the most obvious giveaway is:
"Your Delivery is put at the top of our Orders List each day which we send to our manufacturers."
Manufacturers meaning a 3D printer.

Well I've always wanted a barbed Hierodule (Warhammer 40k) but the price from Forgeworld was just obscene. Figured I'd try wartablegames as they were 1/3rd the cost.

Took over a month to arrive (but I expected it to take a while) there was some mold lines that were pretty significant, but also fixable...

Overall it's about 90% of what I expected/wanted for 30% of the price. As such I think I'll use them again. Overall I would recommend this site to a friend.

Scummy site that makes poor quality counterfeits.

Ordered a Sons of Horus Contemptor Body, A Legion Preator in Cataphractii Armour's Torso and Sons of Horus Heads Upgrade. It took around a month to come or so from China to the UK.

The Contemptor had a piece of detail that simply wasn't there right on the front of the model and had to be resculpted with greenstuff.

As well the Contemptor's groin had likely the worst mould slip I've ever witnessed, it look terrible and had to be sanded completely down, it was right on the front of the groin as well, front and centre.

Both of these things should not have even been sent and should have been recasted.

The Preator's body was perfectly flawless with zero issues.

The Sons of Horus head were a mixed bag, some were fine while others looked as though they had been 'pinched' on either side of the helmet leading them to look quite silly next to their better cast counterparts but it isn't quite as obvious as the contemptor's issues.

3/5 so far, It's honestly cheap recasts from China end of the day, it might be a good idea to order arms for Contemptor Dreadnoughts via here and just getting the Forge World version of the body instead, it seems they have more issues with multi-part kits then they do with single part bodies. Will be ordering more and leaving feedback as I do.

Took my money when they didn't have stock, and didn't let me know until I enquired 3 weeks later about my order status. Was told shipping by mid February, then told late Feb, no they are saying won't be until March. I won't be using them again, terrible service

I've been buying items from the owner of War-tablegames for years. From back on the Ebay store, to when the original store was made.

I have always been pleased with the quality of the products sold by Wartablegames. Overall, the products sold are high quality, with little deformation in 90% of the products I have ordered, and even when there was miscasts / errors, the owner was more than willing to replace them if there were any errors.

As long as the owner of Wartablegames continues to produce his products, I will be glad to purchase them from him.

Items arrived, and are worth the cost. It is clear theya re recasts and as such need a little more time on cleanup, but are pretty good with minimal bubbles.

Somebody got close to new address. I found it at war5-table games.com

And that is the problem I had not .com but .co
Www.war1-tablegame

Bought from them twice and as expected - smelly recast with some flashing that needed cleaning up. Third order had 4 bits missing, contacted them and they refused to supply the missing parts unless I ordered something else in order to pay for the shipping costs.
Risk depends on whether you going to order just once or repeatedly.
