I am further disappointed to have read your response below. Firstly I did not contact you or have not requested a refund and you have not refunded me the total paid for the Kurta. It would be helpful if you present the true facts and not attempt to mislead customers!
After the response below and the repeated mention of a refund I emailed Wantthatsuit this morning (27/7/21) for a refund as a gesture of goodwill given the inaccurate information given in the initial response, the upset and stress caused by this whole unfortunate matter.
Wantthatsuit responded to my email (27/7/21) in which reference to the UK policies and procedures which, I am already fully aware of were made and my request for refund has been refused.
It is important to state that past online purchase experience with other sellers have been nothing but positive.
I would also like to further state that I am not happy in you posting the content of my emails onto a public forum whilst there is nothing to hide, it does however, question the moral of right, wrong and customer having the right to confidentiality.
I am totally disappointed at the apparent lack of customer care and offering any gesture of goodwill in resolving this unfortunate matter!
Totally disappointing experience.
Furthermore, like you have said I had the right to give feedback as I initially did, my request of a refund after the 28 days is purely based on your inaccurate reactive post where you stated you have given me a refund hence my follow up of requesting this as a gesture of goodwill which you have evidently stated you will not do!
I am not in the habit of misrepresenting and deal with honesty and integrity which you will agree I have done throughout this unfortunate experience.
In addition, I have given my feedback expressed my total disappointment, I am bringing this disappointing unfortunate debacal to a final end and will appreciate if you can kindly do the same.

I have looked into your email and request. We do apologise, It seems your trustpilot response was not accurate to reflect your case and was mixed up with another customers whom had actually contacted us and started to communicate with us for a refund. You are absolutely right - you did not do this. You simply gave us a 1 star review and this was the first time we heard that you were not happy with your order. There was absolutely no communication from you after you had received your order to say you weren't happy and you wanted a return/refund. Had you done this we would of course have happily done this for you. Thank you kindly for bringing this to our attention. The response will be updated to
'we hope you had contacted us to benefit from our return/refund policy and receive your money back as we do not infringe on any customers consumer rights or distance selling laws if any customers are disappointed all they need to do is contact us. We are sorry you felt that you couldn't contact us to discuss a refund which we would have happily honoured and was within your rights. We would like to thank you once again for leaving us negative feedback so we may once again showcase our flexibility and announce to our future customers reading this feedback that all they need to do is contact us via email - which in this case you did not do and we can happily arrange a resolution to suit you if that means a refund then we will do this as we do not affect our customers statutory rights'.
This has been updated on your trustpilot review and as always, we would like to thank you for the opportunity you have provided to us for allowing us to respond in such a positive way which our future customers can read. It really does help us out as people reading our response can see we are not that type of business and all they need to do is contact us if they're not happy - which again you are right, you did not do as we can't find any email correspondence from you except asking where your order is.
I hope you understand that we are not that type of business who rips off customers and we understand completely how distance selling laws work.

Thank you for your below response. Given the numerous mentions of a refund, including your statement saying ‘even after we have sorted a refund for you’, and not having received one, I would now like to request a full monetary refund. As you have mentioned this will not affect customer statutory rights and does indeed demonstrate a willingness to rectify what has been a dissatisfying experience.
To extend good will on my part I would equally be happy to return the item on receipt of a pre paid envelope in order to prevent further expense and time over the drawn out transaction.
I appreciate your responses, even if in a public forum and hope this can be resolved in a kind and civil manner.
I appreciate the time taken to draft your replies and the encouragement to speak to your team when unhappy with an item.

Thank you for this email. Unfortunately your 14 day period for requesting a refund or return has passed. You purchased the item on 29th June and you have only sent us this email today (you have requested a refund 28 days later, UK policy states customers have 14 days to reuest a return/refund).
This will not be possible at all and this does not infringe your UK statutory rights nor are we in violation of this. The point to make is all you had to do at the time was request a refund which we have happily done for hundreds of satisfied and returning customers. It is a deep shame that this has ended the way it has - next time just please keep in mind that not all online sellers are the same as it seems you may have had bad experiences with a few.
We are as transparent as they come and hope to continue doing so. We hope to see you again and hopefully a better outcome. Take care!

Since there was no disclaimer stating whether the information contained within the email was protected by the GDPR act we reserve the right to own all contents of emails sent to us and use these subsequently on our public feedback forum. You will be pleased to know that the information posted does not directly identify you as a person or individual, location or name except for that which you yourself willingly advertised in the first instance by posting your 1 star review of us ( you provided everyone publically with your own full name). This was information you made available to the public yourself. To summarize therefore there is absolutely no need to remove anything as it serves as a purpose of clarity for our future customers to read and promotes transparency.
We reserve every right to continue showing our current and future customer base as to the position we hold as a company and prevent false misinformation from being interpreted which it seems was suggested by your initial 1 star review of us 'Dissappointing' without ever having contacted us ever to request a refund/exchange or return. This is the truth of the matter. Furthermore we reserve the right to clarify facts around this case which shows you contacted us yourself after 28 days of purchase with the first request made of a refund - this is not within your statutory rights anymore and we do not need to honour this.
To summarise, review platforms such as trustpilot are here to showcase a companies trustworthiness, transparency and give feedback to the hgeneral public. You exercised your rights to do this by leaving us a 1 star review. We also have every right to exercise this by stating communications to and from customer so that future customers can gain a clearer insight as to what's happened.

Collection of tops are very good along with good advice on sizing.
In terms of service, the refund policy email sent out is very strict. They expect urgent return of items but refund itself is quite delayed with a lot of following up required.

The reason we require urgent return is because we have a quality control check which takes up to 3 working days once received back and then refunds processed within 14 working days. I was really looking forward to…
I was really looking forward to receiving these tops These suits were good quality and well made but were way too big. I bought large size thinking it would equate to about a ladies size 14 but the kameezs just drowned us.

We also state clearly on each product ad that due to variation in Pakistani Designer Sizing cusomers should send us a quick whatsApp and check in with us if they are unsure on our dedicated whatsApp number which offers sizing advice only - this number is also listed on each product ad 07577234830. The response time on our sizing whatsApp is usually within 3 hours you will be notified on the perfect size for you. Had you sent us a whatsApp to request this we could have prevented this issue from ever happening with you. However we hope you will now benefit by sending us your items back in new, tagged and unworn condition for a refun as we have already communicated to you via email before you left this review. We hope to see you again and don't forget the dedicated sizing whatsApp line is there ready for you to use at any time between 5am - 12pm every day!

Pls contact them before placing your order for a size check. Very important .
They changed 2x before getting it .But it was worth the wait !

Excellent customer service, fast delivery, quick responds to any enquiry about the suit(s) exchange and refund.
Neelam exchanged my suit promptly, sent me a return label even though it took me over a week to return the item and she kept hold of the khurta I wanted to exchange it with.
