Our customized Italy & Greece trip was amazing!! Wanderful Holidays factored in every one of our requests into the planning and all of the accommodations and tours were top notch! They arranged all of the transportation between our stops and everything went seamlessly. The team provided daily reminders and confirmation of the next day’s happenings and were very responsive when needed. I highly recommend Wanderful Holidays for an international trip!!

My partner and I booked with Wanderful Holidays for our first trip to Italy! We did Venice- Rome- Almafi Coast.
We had an incredible time. Wanderful Holidays went above and beyond for us this trip. All the travelling was well planned with reminders the day before and any questions Wanderful would get back to us immediately on WhatsApp.
I made a mistake thinking that the hotel transfer was included from Naples train station to Almafi Coast, my partner and I were panicking the night before looking into public transport which would have taken another 3 hours (train, bus and ferry). Wanderful holidays searched high and low for a reputable transfer as their usual company were fully booked, by the time we woke up in the morning it was all sorted and the transfer was waiting for us at the train station.
My partner and Wanderful were also in contact 2 weeks prior to our holiday as my partner wanted to organise a treat for my birthday on the last day of our trip, to my complete surprise Wanderful gifted me with beautiful roses, Prosecco and a personalised cake brought up to our hotel room!
Overall I would 100% recommend Wanderful Holidays to anyone. We have had a lovely experience and made incredible memories on this trip.

I booked a trip to South America through Wanderful. Their reviews were the main reason I chose them, and the reviews were correct. They worked hard to ensure I was happy with the planning and holiday experience.

I sent in a number of questions after booking, and the gave prompt responses most every time. They don’t compete on price because they book higher quality tours and hotels. This generally leads to less surprises when on vacation, which is worth it.
The only minor improvement would be communication of some details (i.e. who/ how will the next event work). In summary, I would book another vacation with them since they are quite good and aim for high customer satisfaction.

The team at Wanderful and also Tourradar were excellent and efficient. They were quick to answer requests and questions in a constructive manner. The transfers were well worth it and the WhatsApp reminders of the next day's activities or train details made for an enjoyable, hassle-free trip. Excellent attention to detail. The hotels in Lisbon and Porto were 4-star rated, and the SANA Malhoa in Lisbon was particularly excellent. The Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Club Hotel in Albufeira was not a 5-star hotel as it claimed, and some parts of the room needed updating. However, the view, location, staff, and cleanliness were excellent. The tours provided, and our tour guides (Marco A, Bruno A, and Inez S), were informative and friendly.

The Team at Wanderful did an amazing job of organizing the hotel stays and tours. They gave us clear directions each afternoon regarding our itinerary for the following day and helpful suggestions. Whenever I asked a question they were quick to respond and very helpful.

Hannah, Lily, Rose, Wendy, Alberto, and Sam were wonderful to work with. We loved the Venetian tour with Denise too!

Our guide around Venice was the lovely Denice who was a local person with all of the local knowledge about all things Venice. We are from Australia, we enjoyed ourselves so much on her tour, her English was excellent, and so was her great sense of humour. Denise was passionate about giving us an authentic Venice experience, sharing her extensive knowledge about Venice’s past and present. Our Venice tour was definitely one of our favourites and would highly recommend. If we return to Venice we will be getting in touch with her again! We had such a fabulous time!

My sister and I booked a 9-day tour to Spain and the company was very helpful and communicative from the start. We covered a lot of ground, 5 cities, and the transfers and accommodations were convenient (with one exception) and comfortable. Our local guide did a fantastic job, setting the group up with local experts for specific sites, arranging meals, and advising us on where to go during our free time, as well as offering optional extras. Our group was truly international, and quite friendly.

Although it took a long time to receive answers to some questions in the weeks before our trip, I am rating Wanderfull Holidays 5 Stars because when we did have a couple of problems, they were responsive and connected us with the people “on the ground,” I had not realized that the company is more of a travel agency than a tour operator, so I had to adjust my expectations, but the planning and real-time support were professional and reassuring.

Wanderful Holidays did an outstanding job booking our recent trip to Italy. 🇮🇹. This was our (mother, daughter, best friend) first time in Italy and their tour captured all the highlights of Rome, Florence and Venice. The transfers, hotels, trains and city tours were AMAZING! They confirmed details every day and we had no issues whatsoever — It was seamless! We highly recommend Wanderful when booking tours out of the country. We appreciated their professionalism and competence!

I was unhappy with one of the hotels that I checked into at night, but the team got me booked into another hotel the next morning. Their quick problem solving was very much appreciated.

A short while before my trip, I had requested to add on another country. The team advised me as to what would be the best option and when to add in the additional tour and sorted this out for me without any hassle.

I had an absolutely excellent experience working with this company. Any issues we had were resolved as quickly as possible. They were there to answer any questions around the clock and also the whole time I was on vacation. I will be booking through them again.

My 10-year-old son and I just came back from Rome-Florence-Venice and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was our first time in Italy and first time using a tour. There were a couple of minor hiccups but our tour’s staff members, Hannah, Barbara, Rose, Wendy, Alberto, Sam were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They were super responsive via WhatsApp. I thought our itinerary was very reasonable. We mostly travel independently but the travel logistics were all pre-arranged for us. Thanks again for the top-notch customer service.

The overall experience is good. I would suggest that you come with friends other than travel alone. The team always communicates with me through WhatsApp, that made me feel safe. Some of the hotel staff didn’t speak English when I check in, that caused some confusion other than that it’s ok. I thought there will be a tour guide then with me from the beginning to the end but it didn’t. It feels like self assistant tour where I have to stay alert all the time. Different drivers will come to pick up me everyday but they are all kinda nice though. The tour company offered me free tango show and upgrade my room in rio to an ocean view. Overall the trip is pretty good.

Just came back from a 18 days South America trip. It’s one of few packages that includes everything I’m looking for, Patagonia, Iguazu falls, and Christ the Redeemer. This is a booking agency that book all tickets, tours, transfers at each location, they do not offer ONE consistent guide with you entire time. But again However, the staff at Wanderful was very supportive during the entire trip with daily check ins and prompt responses to inquiries or issues. Everything was smooth. They ask for feedback for hotels, etc. For example, I did NOT like hotel in Buenos Aires (poor set up), and gave them feedback. Also recommend a different hotel in Foz de Iguazu, hotel is fine but location is too far from town. If any inconvenience occurs or kinks happens, the team find ways to correct it.

One thing to note, I went on this trip with a friend and we had to pay additional fee to guarantee two beds, which was unexpected. Also if you go with other ppl you become a unit, meaning one person can’t opt for one optional thing while the other decides to sit out.

We did a tour from Buenos Aries to Rio via Iguassu Falls. It started and finished well but Iguassu was a major mess and then the first hotel in Rio was very substandard.
Wanderful flew us to Iguassu into the Argentinian airport which is located close to the Argentine side of the falls. These falls were not included in the base price of the tour but were part of a hefty add on of USD$240+ for Tango night in BA, Argentine falls visit and more plane luggage. The hotel they booked us into was in Brazil and way out in the country side with no amenities nearby and it was nothing special, carpets worn out etc. Whereas there are numerous hotels in the Brazilian town of Foz Iguassu. Wanderful said Foz Iguassu was unsafe which is daft as there were multitudes of people and good hotels in town.
All of the above ruined what could have been a great experience. Easily solvable by 1) break the tango, tour, extra luggage option up. Have the Argentinian falls tour from the Argentine Airport on arrival. have a hotel in town not 5km in the country.
Then we flew to Rio and got placed in B@B hotel at Wanderful's recommendation. Others who were on the same tour at the same rate were put in the Arena
Hotel on Copacabana Beach. B&B was 2 star, dirty and a complete disaster compared the 4 star Arena.
Wanderful was very good and upgraded us for two nights to Arena, which made our holiday and for which we are grateful. Wanderful should leave B&B off its list of hotels.
Wanderful tried very hard and communicated well and politely to all our issues, but they need to take note of the above and will have better product to sell.

Great communication with the company and with daily reminders and updates made travel in South America much easier.
Plenty of free time to further explore after organised tours with excellent guides. Good quality accommodation in safe and well located areas.

Our 4 star trip in Italy was absolutely amazing! The organisation of the helpful staff, great experiences included and lovely hotels exceeded our expectations! An amazing experience in India. The itinerary was perfect. All involved were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We always felt safe and well looked after. North India is a vibrant place steeped in history. The driver was excellent, calm and dependable. Guides were knowledgeable and interesting. Hotels friendly, clean, beautiful, providing excellent service including food. We would definitely look at wanderful holidays again.

We just got back from an incredible vacation in Italy. We traveled to 4 cities via train and had tours and great experiences the entire way. All of the hotels were fabulous with great locations and beautiful accommodations. The tours were perfect.
