Not Received Order
I have ordered 2 rolls of wallpaper which haven’t arrived by the given date. There were no emails or contact from any courier. I have tried to email and no reply. I have phoned the landline number and there is no one to answer the phone and I had to leave a message and wait for someone to get back to me. Very unhappy about this as it has delayed plans. Poor communication.

Odpowiedź od Wallpaper Online
Hi Sandra,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
I am so sorry you have not received your paper yet. We emailed you on the 19th November to let you know that unfortunately, this paper is now discontinued and no stock remains, I'm not sure if this possibly went to junk/spam, but I sincerely apologise if this did not come through.
Please do feel to drop me an email directly (katie@wallpaper-uk.com) and we can either process a full refund, or find an alternative for you.
Sincere apologies once again.
Katie

Great paper, lovely design.
I was a bit dubious but was pleasantly surprised when the wallpaper was delivered. It's a quality paper, not at all thin and the colours are beautiful, more vivid than it shows on the website, but works wonderfully well with the design. I've not hung it yet but am looking forward to doing it soon.
