Delay in waiting for sample.

Straightforward ordering process, cheaper than a leading supplier and order dispatched quickly.

Amazing top notch service! Katie got back to me promptly and was able to provide me with a couple of rolls of wallpaper that no other company had in stock and even managed to get it sent out to me to me the following day! A* service - will definitely be using again. Very happy bunny ;)

I ordered a sample of wallpaper and I never got it. I was waiting three weeks and I had to order from other company. I don't recomend wallpaper online.

Never received sample piece, no contact/refund. Emailed and then got a refund and offer of a free sample. The supplier had stopped supplying.

Great selection of wallpapers, great prices and incredibly fast delivery! We ran out of our paper and needed just one roll and found it at a great price here. The next day delivery also meant the job wasn't held up, so thank you so much! I will definitely use this company again.

Great service, great price

I wanted another roll of a paper I had bought previously. It was advertised on this site, so bought and paid for it, and waited for it to arrive. When I followed up, I found it was not in stock, was not being made any more and would not be available in the future. Wallpaper online claim they sent me an email to this effect, but I cannot see that one ever came. Very disappointing, given an extra star because the customer service rep was polite when I contacted them, but overall, it was not a good experience.

Good communication and delivered very promptly. The wallpaper was also £’s cheaper than the big Orange shed locally!

Excellent, though the packaging needs looking at. Every box delivered was damaged in some way. Luckily, nothing was missing.

I ordered a single sample for £2.25 on March 16th and had an email to say this would be delivered 'on or before Friday 22nd March'. TWELVE DAYS since the order (nothing arrived today) I am still waiting for it to arrive! I have emailed support THREE times now and I have had NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! I have had to order the sample from another supplier and have now requested a refund - yes I know it's only £2.25, but it's the principle - even if they'd had the decency to reply and say there was a problem, then that may have sufficed, but I do not like being stonewalled and I think 3 opportunities to respond is more than adequate. Whether I get my refund if they aren't even able to respond to my previous polite enquiries, is very debatable...

UPDATE: The company have looked into this matter and have acknowledged and apologised for the problems that I experienced and refunded me, so in view of this I have revised my rating of them as I am now satisfied I have been properly dealt with.
