It hasn't arrived, and you send me a request to let you know how it went?
Badly, is the answer. You charged my card immediately and promised delivery within five days. It's been a week. No updates, your online chat is disabled, you don't respond to email and your phone's recorded message says you're not taking calls. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The wall paper is very good
The wall paper is very good. The decorator said he could not fault the quality.
How ever the delivery was a couple of weeks after your original promise. So the decorator had to be cancelled and re booked. The job was finally done 3 months after the order.

Poor service and delays
Delays in sending samples , and order paid for awaiting delivery of chosen paper . Did not arrive, told that it was now a recently discontinued line and had e-mailed me to that effect 3 weeks earlier. I have not received this mail. Poor service, should have followed up with customer sooner and refunded monies taken at the time they knew that they could not fulfil the order. Apologised profusely but I feel very let down by delay and not having goods I had searched long and hard for.

I am so very sorry for the issue with your wallpaper order. We emailed as soon as we were made aware that this was discontinued, with the option to choose another colourway, but I understand that this may have gone to junk/spam.
I appreciate this should have been followed up and we have put steps into place to improve this going forward should this happen again.
I am so very sorry again that this paper was discontinued and that you feel let down, as a small family business, people's experiences really do mean a lot to us, and I appreciate we have let you down on this occasion.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Ordered wallpaper a month ago. No sign of it, no communication. Have emailed and no reply. Phone system a nightmare - no one answers. Really do not use this company. I am now resigned to losing my money.

Absolutely shocking! Do t buy from here. Ordered my paper two weeks ago! Tried to ring to find out where it is as I have not received. Phone is constantly on answer machine. Left several messages. No reply! Emailed several times No reply! Emailed No reply!!!! Shocking
Emailed them as per comment below said that arthouse has sent it out over a week ago again, asked for tracking but they haven’t sent me any details , chases again today to be told it’s only being sent out today! Just being messed around all the time
