Three Years at Wallet Factory: A Valuable Experience Undermined by Unresolved Financial Obligations
I had the opportunity to work at Wallet Factory for three years. I started as a Senior Developer, participated in key projects, and had the chance to go on interesting business trips to visit clients. At the time, there were clear opportunities for growth, the environment was highly dynamic, the standards were high, and my colleagues were both professional and friendly. Over time, I advanced to the position of Architect, for which I am sincerely grateful.
At a certain point, salary delays became significantly prolonged and unacceptable, with the company accumulating over six months of debt. I made the decision to resign and officially left the company in February 2023. After my departure, the company made a few payments but then suspended all further payments owed to me.
In the summer of 2023, I sought legal assistance to resolve the matter. Wallet Factory was issued a formal pre-litigation demand to settle the outstanding debt. The company assured that payments would resume shortly, but this never happened. According to the legal expert, the next necessary step is to proceed with a lawsuit, as all possible out-of-court measures have been exhausted.
As of today, after two years of waiting, the company still owes a significant amount. Under the terms of the contract, Wallet Factory is obliged to compensate for all damages caused by delayed salary payments, as well as to pay applicable penalties and fines.
I sincerely hope that Wallet Factory will find a way to resolve this issue.
I will provide updates on any further developments soon.
