Its a decent design, but a part broke on ours the day we got it. We were able to fix it ourselves.

We knew the Wheelchair D-Ring Clips had worn down from our heavy and athletic dog, but wow, the replacement parts are fantastic. We added a little lubricant to the pieces and we are very pleased with the snug fit.

Excellent quality and great customer service. UC Davis Rehabilitation recommended them and we are impressed. Most importantly, our pup has a new quality of life we couldn’t offer her before.

The customer service representative I placed the order with was great. She was super friendly and helped me choose the correct replacement parts I needed.

Sadly the experience with the shipping department didn’t go well. My order was received missing two critical parts that I had specifically requested . I called and got fast resolution from customer service who placed another order for the parts. Package arrived quickly but only contained 1 of the two part I needed. Invoice was correct but only 1 was shipped. Again I called customer service and they placed another order which shipped out quickly.

In the end all was resolved but quite complicated.

Our dog has degenerative myelopathy and was slowly losing control of his hind legs. We walked him with a sling but you could just tell in his eyes and how much he tries to get around that it just wasn't enough. Walkinpets have given him a new leash on life and allows him to walk on his own and when excitable run. His quality of life is so much better now that he can return to the longer walks he is used to. I can not recommend this enough! If your dog has decreased mobility please try this for them. They deserve the chance to live their best life.

Very well made product. Relatively easy to get my dog in and out of it. She adapted to it right away and it helps us take longer walks than without.

I could not be happier with these wheels! My dog appears to smile when she’s rolling in her wheels.

Great product, great communication but frustrating to acquire the front wheels for the chair which were out of stock, and for which I had to call on a daily basis to find out if they were in. Took a long time to get them and when I did, the wheels were installed backwards on the legs and were very difficult to remove and reverse.

Amazing product arrived well packaged, and on time and most of all giving our boy the freedom to be mobile again. He is all smiles using his wheels. Wish we would have found this earlier. There are great instructional videos on YouTube that made assembly a breeze.

Our Walkin Wheels cart was a game changer for our beloved corgi with Degenerative Myelopathy. Our Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Scooter, lived with DM for almost 2 years. His rehab veterinarian recommended his Walkin’ Wheels cart and we're so glad she did. He loved his cart. It enabled him to enjoy happily getting around outdoors and feel independent for a long time and enhanced his quality of life beyond measure. Outstanding one-to-one customer service!

Wow our purchase was 1x about 3 years ago and I am only getting this now??? Anyway the brace we bought back then was the smallest available at the time and was miles too large for our toy poodle. I had no problem returning that, but since I had to cut the foam to see if we could make brace fit I was unable to return that. Customer service was great.

The item didn't arrive in time, and I didn't receive an update. I would have waited longer if I had not called to follow up.

My dog passed away 2 years ago I haven't made any recent purchases but the ones that I did make were awesome.

I got help over the phone ...but could have been told to go and see an animal chiropractor to make the chair right . Witch I did .

I absolutely love this product. I purchased a cart for my goat that had a spinal cord injury and she adapted to it very well. I am pleased
say that she only had to use her cart for a few months and because of it, she healed and is now walking on her own!! Thank you for such a great product and the customer service was phenomenal. Thank you again.
