It first started with knuckling of the left rear paw. Degenerative myopathy. Started out slow and I purchased when I always referred to as "the chariot". That was in September 2024. It is now February 18 and my precious Rex will cross the rainbow bridge tomorrow in the comfort of his own home. The walking wheels gave him an extra five months that we otherwise would not have had together. We were able to make our buddy trip out to the West Coast for Thanksgiving and he was able to walk the trails and taking all the smells in the beauty this around us. I am so grateful for the additional time Rex and I had together.

Stellar product, just what our dog needed. Really grateful for this company, and the help it has given our dog with DM. He actually likes the wheelchair, and it gives him a new freedom. He's a big dog, so it's not great for inside the house, but it's great for outside!

We ordered the small wheelchair for our Boston terrier with mobility issues, and it has been a great tool for his physical therapy! He has some skeletal deformities around his chest and hips, and with the adjustable options, it fits him well and he's able to be comfortable while using it. I love that he's able to have the options to use his back legs without the stirrups while the chair provides support and balance for him. He's able to run again and has been zooming all over the living room! The videos on the website for how to assemble and adjust the chair were also extremely helpful. Total set up and adjustment time was less than 10 mins. Shipping was fast and customer support has been amazing. Definitely 5 stars for both the product and the company!

Great rehab for my st bernard. Definitely a minimum 2 person job to get a bigger dog in and use.

We have feelings at both extreme. Second time using their wheelchairs, once with our Germain Shepard and this time with our Shih Poo. When you receive what you ordered and paid for, the product is wonderful, but your reality changes as soon as you deal with customer service for any reasons, via phone, emails, reviews and even when you request to talk to a supervisor. Everything seems to be filtered by the same person named Samantha. This is when you hit the brick wall! I am even suspecting that she/they are covering/tweaking the truth to their advantage when she/they reply to our online reviews… a lot of the 1-star-reviews got something like « We have no record of any contact from you on any of our platforms ». Not our case. We called 3 times during while working, to explain our disappointment and surprise when we received a wheelchair with « small wheels » instead of « big wheels », after purposely choosing to buy new instead of second-hand, paying three times the price for that UNIQUE reason. We hike in the bush 8 months of the year with our dogs and we NEED the big wheels. What a frustration it was to be told many times that we now have to pay extra and do extra steps to have the wheels we selected, the wheels shown on the picture on their website even after using their calculator link to confirm what we would get, the picture on our shipment email and the picture shown on the follow-up review email. All the pictures, no exception, are a wheelchair with « big wheels ». It is false advertisement pure and simple! She said we had to go read the PDF manual on their website to see we would receive the « small wheels » depending our dog size and weight. Who does that! It is very frustrating to deal with her/them and I am not sure the management team are aware of this. In the mean, we will take care of our girl recovering from a cancer surgery.

I bought this for my son's french bulldog, who is being rehabilitated due to an injury. It is an excellent tool to ensure the dog's foot remains in the proper position. It is working as advertised very well!

Just a few concerns when ordering the right size. Especially the harness. After following instructions we still ended up ordering another size up.

Just make sure you order the correct product for your pet. Check with your vet. Shipped quickly.

Since getting his new wheels, Xander my 14 yr old bone cancer warrior has regained his independence… he recently became paralyzed in his hind legs, but that’s not stopping him! We’re back to doing all the things we used to, like walking along the waterfront, and making stops at his favorite ice cream shop for a taste of vanilla. His favorite new activity is to go “off roading” (walk in the grass and snow) with his walkinpets wheels. He’s having a blast, and for me there’s nothing better than a walk with my bestie. Thanks walkinpets!!

Our pup has had his wheelchair for 4 years and we’ve never had to fix anything on it. We ordered replacement wheels because they were getting a bit worn out…we use it a lot! They arrived quickly and fit perfectly, thanks!

The product descriptions and sizing guide were excellent. The unit fit my little guy perfectly when it got here. I also thought the instructions were very straight forward and easy to use. The assembly was not overly complex. Most importantly the pre and post sales customer support from the team was incredible. Samantha is 10 star.
