I have had high cholesterol how many years and did not agree on using statins from the doctors. I’ve been doing my own testing and it has helped me make a decision on which way I wanna go with treatment. Having the ability to try alternative methods and seeing the results with my own blood work has been incredible.

Simple and easy ordering process and explanation/details of each lab for preparation and what it measures. So GRATEFUL for this sight and opportunity to get the labs my dietician requests for me to do. Also I used Quest diagnostic lab choice to draw and process the blood work I ordered through Walk in Lab. They were quick and so professional. I'm thankful!

The test description was misleading
The test description was misleading. I intended to measure my estrogen levels as a male and purchased their general estrogen test, which is advertised as suitable for both men and women. However, the results I received were extremely high and appeared inaccurate. After doing some research, I discovered that this test is widely reported to be unreliable for men, often producing results that significantly under- or overestimate actual levels.
I also contacted customer support to request either a refund or a discount toward a more accurate test, but my request was declined.

This was a great experience
This was a great experience. Buying my labs online was cheaper and it was convenient to have it already paid for so I didn't have any paperwork or payment to do at the actual appointment time. I will definitely be using Walk in Lab again.

Efficient and impressively competent
I am very pleased with the ease of ordering and scheduling lab tests, and then obtaining the results, which were provided quickly.
Visiting the LabCorp Patient Service Center was a pleasant experience, from the computerized kiosk sign-in process to the pleasant and well-trained staff who accommodated me before my scheduled appointment time. As a retired ER physician and medical educator, I know how to correctly draw blood and was very pleased with the technique used, which was flawless. In contrast, phlebotomy services at Munson can range from very good to unacceptable. We are fortunate to have an alternative to Munson, which isn’t interested in learning what it could do better. LabCorp’s overall process is intelligently designed and impressively implemented.
