Walker Dunn Surveyors Recenzje

Excellent professional and friendly service ,very thorough and well explained. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I had excellent 10/10 experience with Walker Dunn, i particularly want to recognise Dan Brew for the service and support provided.

As a nervous first-time buyer, I found Dan just so easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my (even silly) questions and made what could have been an overwhelming part of the buying process feel much more manageable and understandable.

What really stood out was that Dan made it clear he remained available to me as a customer should I need any further advice or have additional questions. I genuinely felt that he went above and beyond…which is something that can feel rare nowadays!

All in all found the whole experience to be reassuring and extremely personable.

I would happily recommend Walker Dunn Surveyors, and especially Dan, to anyone purchasing a property!

Great experience!

This is the 2nd time I have used Walker Dunn.

From the beginning Hannah was very prompt at answering my emails and was very supportive without been pushy. She was helpful and always answered my questions. Paul the surveyor was very thorough and could ask for feedback which was explained in a well understandable manner. Excellent service from beginning to end. Thank you.

Very professional survive. Easy to understand the writing report and make an informed decision of how to proceed.

I recently used Walker Dunn for a house survey and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout.

A special mention must go to Guy Roberts, who was incredibly helpful every step of the way. He took the time to answer my questions, explain the findings clearly, and made what can often be a stressful part of buying a home feel straightforward and manageable. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach were greatly appreciated.

The survey was completed promptly, and the report was detailed, easy to understand, and delivered quickly. I would highly recommend Walker Dunn to anyone looking for a reliable and professional surveying company.

Thank you to Guy and the whole team for such a positive experience.

A pleasure to deal with Walker Dunn Surveyors. A company with refreshingly “old fashioned “ values. Phone calls returned and emails answered. Hannah is excellent she booked my survey and kept me fully informed. Daniel Brew carried out a level 2 survey. He was professional. The survey was thorough. He took time to talk through the details of the survey with me. I felt I was able to make a fully informed decision after the survey and discussion with Daniel. I would highly recommend this company.

Great service from all the team. Hannah especially has been so helpful.

Thank you so much.
Kind Regards

I couldn’t fault Walker Dunn. Every step of the process was professionally handled and explained. We received our level 2 report a few days after our survey was carried out. It was all easy to understand and very in depth. Every element that was inspected and graded came with an explanation of how the surveyor had arrived at their decision along with potential further points to be aware of and a recommendation of steps to take to fix them. I would use them again in future and would definitely recommend them.

The survey was a good competitive price. I received the survey back 3 days after the surveyor had visited the property as they stated i would. I had level 2 survey and was happy with all the info from it

Great communication and fast turnaround for the report to be sent.

I had the survey on a property I am hoping to purchase done by Daisy Jones. She was recommended by a friend and the recommendation was completely valid. Daisy took the time to talk to me on the phone following the survey and was extremely helpful. I would recommend Daisy if you are looking for a pre purchase house survey

Being first time buyers we were apprehensive about getting a surveyor however Hannah was very kind and informative from the start. Everything was handled professionally and quickly! It’s made it really easy for us so thank you!

Walker Dunn was recommended by a friend who has recently moved to the area. We had to wait about a couple of weeks from initial contact for the survey to be done, which suggests that WD are busy (always a good sign). Communication was fast, efficient and clear (thanks, Hannah) and we had a 76 page report within 2-3 days. The report was excellent and we are very pleased with the information/advice provided. We would have no hesitation in recommending Walker Dunn to other prospective buyers.

We recently used Walker Dunn Surveyors for a house survey and were very happy with the service provided. The survey was completed within the promised timeframe, and communication throughout the process was excellent.

The surveyor took the time to call us personally to discuss the report and answer all of our questions, which we really appreciated. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful in explaining everything clearly.

We would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable survey.

Nice easy transaction, with a prompt report.
