The minor issue with the order received was resolved quickly and professionally over email by the company. Within 2 working days, the company had arranged for the order that I had the issue with to be collected and for a replacement to be delivered to me.

Couldn’t be more dissatisfied if I tried.

6 months ago, I tried to order the leather weekend bag and wash bag. After days of nothing. I contacted them ( using their utterly useless website chat - most people have a phone ! ) and I was then told my products weren’t coming as they were out of stock - so Walker and Hunt took my money knowing full well there was no stock to send out. I then cancelled the order.

So, this now leads me to the present day. I placed the exact same order on Tuesday evening. We are now on Friday, delivery still hasn’t come and no one has bothered responding me via their utterly useless website help. This present is for my Downs brother who I have now had to tell him that he won’t be getting the present he so wanted - all because Walker and Hunt cannot get their act together.

They are a premium brand using the best courier in the country and this is the service I get ??? There are much more well known brands out there who can perform a hell of a lot better. Can’t imagine I will ever use this company again , even if the goods do ever turn up.

I bought the Heritage leather bag for a birthday gift for my son. The quality is amazing and it looks so well. He absolutely loves it and it is a bag he will have for a lifetime. The packaging is great and it comes with its own dust bag. I will definitely be buying from Walker and Hunt again, a great company to deal with.

Excellent customer service, quick delivery and great product. We got the bag and wash bag for our son for Christmas, however his partner had also got him a similar present so unfortunately we returned the items. All I can say the quality is excellent and I will definitely use Walker & Hunt in the future.
