I was purchasing a weekend bag and had intended to use my Autumn discount, but proceeded without doing so. I emailed the company and without hesitation, Joanna refunded my account the allowed discount.

This is an Irish based Company selling the most beautiful leather weekend bags. 10/10 for quality and service.

High quality goods, well packed , delivery info good and on time .

Wouldn’t bother ordering, sizing is nothing like the photos and when you return the product they confirm they’ve received it but don’t bother processing the refund (over 6 weeks since confirmation).
Shambles.

Ordered a bag for my husbands birthday. Beautiful bag, lovely quality, I had a small issue and got onto customer services and they sent out a replacement without any issues. Customer service was absolutely brilliant. Great company to deal with from start to finish.

Ordered a T Shirt for a birthday present on the 8th July had to chase on the 13th July as not issued, they confirmed that day that item was issued. I changed delivery date to the 19th July to make sure someone was in, however not delivered. I contacted them to say not delivered on the 19th July and that photo was not at the address. After checking with other properties in area, they said they would check with Royal Mail we are now at the end of July. This check showed by GPS that delivered to a different address and postcode so I asked for a refund on the 29th July, still waiting and no response to last 2 emails. Only order from this company if you are prepared to lose your money. Worst customer service ever.

Great product,speedy delivery

Easy to order and great quality.

I placed an order last week and paid for next day delivery. I have still not received my package! There is no telephone number to call, you can only contact them through email, I have sent 4 emails this week and only 2 were replied to. The last one said the parcel had been returned to them as the address was not right but it is the same address that was used for previous orders with them. I have now sent an email asking for the parcel to be resent and have not had a reply!

Very nice shirt, good quality. Unfortunately it didn't quite suit me so I returned. Returns process was easy and they processed the refund quickly. A+ would use again.

Very impressed with clothing good quality delivery was swift had to return an item recently no issues and was refunded which I requested and will shop again with Walker & Hunt.

The products are great quality and made to last. Very reliable and helpful company, there has now been multiple occasions where I have returned a product due to ordering the wrong size, and I have been refunded immediately. Would definitely recommend.
