Andi is an excellent communicator and is very responsive. He is very flexible in terms of scheduling, and can work with nontrivial constraints such as limited access to our systems due to being a third-party engineer. He is happy to adopt whatever tooling, requests, and approaches the client asks for. His onboarding was super quick and he immediately added value, despite the original codebase being a bit messy and not fully documented.
