The worst shopping experience
The worst shopping experience. I had placed an order for a mattress on 18th January 2025 and it was showing the delivery date on 20th January 2025. Going on the tracking link, it stated that the consignment had reached the final delivery warehouse on 19th January 2025. Since 20th January 2025, the date of delivery kept on increasing without any reason. After that, I tried connecting with the customer care agents several times but got the same old robotic response "Please wait till tomorrow EOD for the delivery". This kept on happening for a week and ultimately I had to cancel my order. There was no help from customer service agents and I was not given any updates as to why my order was being delayed so much. Probably the last time I ordered from Wakefit.
I purchased furniture
I purchased furniture - a shoe rack but it arrived damaged. What's disappointing is the absolutely laid-back attitude of Wakefit in their duty to replace the damaged product. Since it's prepaid, they don't care, every time I check with the customer care I receive the same automated response that we'll update you in 48 hours. I already waited more than a month for the delivery and to receive such customer service is pure agony. Honestly you should not engage with Wakefit, in disguise of a corporate, Wakefit's service is worse than a government office. Product quality - average so why bother!?
Pathetic After service experience
I purchased 2 mattresses from Wakefit dealers directly and one of the got deformed within one month of using it. Informed the dealer about it and he kept buying time and not responded well.
I tried calling direct customer care they keep calling you every 3 days with differed responses and never intended to solve the issue. Lastly someone from the customer care told me that it will be solved through dealer only “The company cannot take this complaint” Strange that the brand itself is not taking the responsibility of the orders from dealers or the agents that they have hired and the irony that the mattresses are coming from there manufacturing unit. Lol
Luckily I had the senior persons number to whom I contacted with all the photos and videos of the deformation of the mattress. After 3 months of follow up he has also stopped responding.
Overall pathetic after service experience. This 10 year warranty is nothing but a scam.
Customer hell
Ordered a flipper sofa-bed from the Wakefit site and after my payment, they informed me that it will be delivered by 3-4 weeks. Since I could not wait that long, I cancelled it within 30 mins of placing the order. But wakefit did NOT cancel it but instead placed it on hold. Then when I called their support, I was told it was their policy to not cancel but put on hold till the delivery date and then cancel on that delivery date and then issue a refund !!
I should have seen that as a sign to stay away from Wakefit but since I had purchased from them 3 yrs ago and had been happy, I purchased the same flipper sofa from Amazon since there Wakefit said they will deliver within 2 weeks. Now I'm still waiting and the tracking number they give simply cannot be used anywhere to track it including their own website. And Amazon says it's Wakefit who should answer and Wakefit said it was Amazon. And the Wakefit customer service is a joke as they really have no idea what is going on and literally will not help you.
I used to swear by Wakefit and they service but from now onwards I'm staying far away from them. And I'm desperately hoping to get my money back. I am sharing this so others don't get taken for a ride like me.

One of an horrible online experience was provided by Wakefit. Pls read the terms before any purchase as everything is in favour of the company & nothing supports customer interest. They had an audacity to deny any request despite delivering a broken damaged sofa and denied replacement or refund. Very arrogant customer service and no senior staff to escalate an issue. They never deliver anything on time. Every time you call a representative , they will ask you to wait for 24-48 hours . Customer rep have no idea what they are doing, every alternate day you call and wait for 48 hours and issue never gets resolved.
No promise held for return for the product.

I ordered a Wakefit bed as a gift for a friend, expecting a seamless experience. Instead, it turned into an ongoing nightmare:
Incomplete Product Delivered: Wakefit delivered only half the bed, even though I paid the full amount via Cash on Delivery (COD). Key components of the bed were missing, making it unusable.
Lies and Excuses: When I contacted customer support, they shockingly claimed the product was marked as "returned to the shipper." This made no sense because I physically had the incomplete product and proof of payment.
Frustrating Follow-Ups: Every time I called customer support, I was told, “We will get back to you within 24 hours.” This promise has been made countless times over two months, but no one ever calls back. Instead, the same cycle repeats, leaving me to chase them endlessly.
Unacceptable Delays: After multiple escalations, they admitted their mistake but offered to deliver the missing parts after one month. By then, I had already purchased a new bed from a local store, as I couldn’t keep my friend waiting for weeks.
No Refund Yet: I demanded a refund instead, which they agreed to. They promised to pick up the incomplete product and return my money. However, it’s been over two months, and I am still waiting. Despite endless follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.
This experience has been exhausting and infuriating. Wakefit’s customer service is unprofessional and unreliable, with no regard for customer satisfaction. I strongly urge others to stay away from this company if you value your time and money. Negative stars for this abysmal experience.

Wish there was an option for zero star rating.
The 100 days return policy is just on paper. They will never say no to you, but you'll just keep waiting infinitly for it to be picked up. You'll keep going through this useless cycle of them calling you every 3rd day only to ask for 72 hours more to pick it up.
I believe there is only one option, go the legal route to make such brands understand what on earth is professionalism.

While booking the order they show nearby date and when the delivery date arrives they move the delivery date to 10days more and when asked they simply asks us to wait as they have got high demand.
They even insist not to cancel saying that refund takes 5 to 7 days and if you wait for more 3 days you will be getting the order
They are literally cheating by promising the delivery quickly and once we pay them, they make us wait for delivery and they update the new updated delivery date on the last day of actual delivery date
Wakefit Mattress, worst option to use
I have bought 2 wakefit mattress and both the mattress have become useless in just 2.5 years due to excessive shrinkage.
Wakefit makes false commitments for warranty. They don't replace mattress. Keep wasting time on emails for warranty claims, keep asking for photos and videos. They won't send any executive for visit.
Wakefit is fooling people in the name of orthopedic mattress.

Fake 10 years warranty for wakefit Xpert Grid Ultra…
I bought wakefit Xpert Grid Ultra Mattress (78x72×10 in) in July 2023 under 10 years warranty.
The mattress failed in 1 year and formed a big lump at one corner.
We raised formal complaint to wakefit and requested to replace it under their warranty.
But till today they have not respected their own warranty and did not replace their defective mattress.
So the 10 year warranty seems fake and used to attract customers to purchase their inferior products.
Beware.
Cheats!
Ordered 2 pillows and 2 pillow covers. Covers were delivered but pillows have been delayed by 2 months.
Their support agent keeps calling me to inform me it has been delayed. I asked them to take the covers back and refund me. They said that is not in their policy! "Only 10 days exchange we can do sir"
Surprising that such a cheat company is allowed to operate in today's times!

I had ordered one custom size mattress on 28 APRIL 2024. The custom mattress was delivered on May 8th which was of the wrong size. The size I reached was so small, was more than ten inches smaller than what I ordered. After coordinating with Wakefit customer support a return was arranged and along with it a replacement of the correct size mattress with a new delivery date. Little did I realise that my ordeal was just beginning. The return was not picked up for a very long time, and I had to call and check with customer support again & again. They had to send packing material to arrive at my home which took a really long time (even though I had left it in a wrapped and covered state). After the delay, finally the packing material arrived. Then after some days the return was picked up. In the meantime, the delivery of my correct size mattress kept getting delayed and the delivery date kept changing. Even after the return was picked up, there was no sign of delivery for the correct size mattress. I had to call multiple times to your customer agents just to get the same mundane scripted response, day after day, promising delivery on a renewed date just to be delayed further. Again would call your customer support just to be repeated the same script as if listening to parrots repeating their dialogues. Everytime I call they need another 24 to 48 hours just to know the update on what is going on. Your team has no idea what is going on.
I still hadn't received the correct size mattress after paying for it a month back.
Then in June 1st I received the mattress only to see that I had been sent a damaged mattress that was torn in one corner. Again, everything started all over, initiated a return. But this time I was sick of all this and just wanted a refund. It is 24th June and till now no one has come to pick up the return and there are no signs of any return pick up nor refund. I have written to their grievance department & nodal officer, but they seem to do nothing about it too. It has been two months since my initial order and I still do not have a functional mattress. The services is terrible, the return takes weeks and weeks, if not months and they LIE consistently sending false information everyday saying it will get picked up but no one will show up. I still have a damaged mattress in my house with no sign of pick up.
Why do I and my family have to suffer this inconvenience for your incompetence. I am utterly disappointed and shocked by the level of incompetence and your customer support.
How are they going to compensate me for the inconvenience the company is continuing to cause? They won’t. When will the return be picked up? Or are you going to repeat the script you have been given? I am sick of listening to their apologies and scripts.
There is no accountability.
Do yourself and your family a favor and STAY AWAY FROM WAKEFIT! WORST EXPERIENCE!
