Please read reviews before buying. I fell for the Instagram marketing hype of this company. I do not leave reviews but this product is not good at all. It did come next day ( today ) but it is not good at all. the cushions are lumpy filled with little lumpy foam bits, the XL would only just fit my staffy in never mind both my dogs and most importantly it doesn’t fit in the car. It’s too deep to sit on the back seat of either car safely. Completely unsuitable. I have reached out for a refund as they state a 60 day returns policy and only received today however reading other reviews now ( which I wish I did before purchase ) I am worried this is one of those scam type companies. I will update on how fast and easy or not this company is to get a refund from. Disappointed. Buyer beware

AMAZING product and brilliant customer service! Can't recommend the Dog Dock highly enough. So reassuring to know that our dog is going to be safe, secure and comfortable when we we're travelling.

I had debated investing in the isofix bed for a while and wish I had done it sooner. Great quality, quick delivery and one safe/cosy fur baby.
When I initially had the delivery, I thought it wasn’t going to fluff out as much as the cushions did but the next day it was exactly as advertised so be patient.

The wait for the bed was worth it. It is very lovely. I could have snuggled up in it myself.
Doggies very happy.

The dog Dock is very good quality customer and does the job very well, customer service is excellent I had a small issue with the dock when it arrived but this was sorted very quickly, so 5 stars all round. I will recommend to my 3 children as they all have dogs that travel round in there cars we all need to keep them safe

The bed itself seems good but I ordered and paid for a lead and harness I have not received and when I emailed I have had no reply

Our fur baby loves it in and out of the car. She’s secure and safe while comfy.
I could have possibly ordered a medium but my dog is medium to large build and wanted to get a bigger size to be on the safe side.
I had a slight issue with the initial order and time and customer service was fantastic. Then when I received my order I noticed a slight defect, and without hesitation I had a replacement at my door.
Over all great product and great service!

I ordered the XL bed on Sunday 18th for a trip on Saturday 24th. Selected 5 day delivery but turns out this 5 day delivery is for Wagging Rights to get the item to Royal Mail. The RM delivery was then tracked 48hour so the bed did not arrive until Monday 26th. I checked the Wagging Rights website the friday after I'd ordered (23rd) and saw that they were offering DPD next day delivery. So basically if I'd been less organised it would have arrived on time.

I contacted Wagging Rights multiple times during this time frame as there were regular periods when there was no update on shipping. I have still received no replies to my emails or Facebook messages although I recieved plenty of marketing emails multiple times a day.

The bed finally arrived the Monday after ordering. The quality is ok, definitely not premium enough to justify the full price. The attachments for the dog harnesses seem flimsy and cheap and I'm not confident they will be able to restrain my dog. The fabric is ok but fairly thin so will be interesting to see if it lasts.

Overall, shocking customer service, product is average. Wish I'd ordered from Luther Bennet but I really cannot be bothered to attempt to contact Wagging Rights to return the bed as I will probably be met with total silence, again.

Edited to add: despite the reply from Max below saying he will contact me, he still hasn't 3 days later. Don't bother with this company.

Very expensive bed. I didnt expect it to arrive with vacuum pack bags of pillows loosely filled with chunks of foam and no instructions. I wonder what the 2 straps are for.
Also the card in the pack is misleading, showing 5 stars on Trustpilot (it should be 4) and the QR code is broken.

Not worth the money

The material looks like it will tear easily so it unlikely to last very long. The bottom is made of cheap thin material that is not very grippy, the type found on cheap beds in budget supermarket and the zip is broken. Not what you expect from a premium product. If I knew the quality of the product I was purchasing I would not have purchased it. It also took 10 days to arrive.

It is an excellent product. comfortable, big enough for a large dog, secure and good value. also the free fast shipping was a nice bonus too, along with the complimentary foldable water bowl. Would recommend this product absolutely.

Very misleading so on your website it says “next day delivery from Manchester warehouse! No waiting stock here in UK, next day DPD delivery! What BS see photos !!

Then tracking shows the item in China!!! It’s day three and it’s still sat there in China!
Why not be honest and allow customers to make informed decisions based on truth!
Your registered in same county as me state its next day from Uk but clearly a lie! When is it arriving and WHY not tell customers the truth!
This is not UK stock at all.
And max unless you’re going to stand up and take accountability don’t reply with your big standard I’ll reach out to comment! It’s about time you hear feedback and act respectfully to address customer concerns before you loose customer!!

And can see you utilise AI for many of your positive delivery experiences, if only we were so stupid to believe them!
You receive a negative and upload the AIs’s. Nobody received them in two days, nobody received U.K. stock & no body received high quality products!

Absolutely LOVE this Dog Dock!
We couldn't be happier with our Dog Dock! Assembly and installation were incredibly easy, and I love how securely it attaches to the car. My dog Bubba is absolutely obsessed with it! He's so comfortable that he genuinely doesn't want to get out of the car anymore! 😂 As someone who takes their dog everywhere, safety is always a top priority. I love that the Dog Dock has secure attachments and a harness connection to help keep him in place while we're traveling. Knowing he's comfortable and more secure gives me such peace of mind. I honestly wish we'd gotten one sooner!

Bought the xl dock seat in the 50%off offer so £180. Ordered Saturday arrived Tuesday
Seems quite well made and thought out with the isofix and the internal metal clips. The clips that wrap around the back of the seat have plastic fixings which won’t last long, these should be metal
The material for the sides seems ok, though as it’s fake leather I don’t hold out hope for it lasting a lifetime
The base material is very thin, and I doubt it would last if the dog does rummaging
The internal cushions come vacuum packed, and do puff out ok given time. They do have a slight smell which airs over time
All in all it’s a good product which a few tweaks would make it great
But, considering the price, this should be a great product. If I purchased at the £360 I would be very unhappy,
At the price of £180 I still this this is over priced
It’s effectively a dog bed with some straps for the isofix and the back of the seat, there is no further safety features
The internal straps for fixing to the dog harness aren’t particularly long, when given it’s an xl, and could have a tall dog in it. I will still be using a seat belt strap to the dog harness

My boy was in this bed as soon as i fitted the cushion in and before i got it to the car. He is a fussy boy but absolutely loves this product as do I. I love how safe it contains him in the car and how well fitted it is for safety in the car. The fact that it is wipeable and washable is just an added bonus. This is a quality product.

I ordered the extra large dog bed. When it arrived I couldn’t open one of the zips as the lining had been sewn over part of the zip. This is an extremely expensive bed which made the shoddy workmanship even more disappointing. I’m receiving daily marketing emails but no response yet to my email asking for a new bed and prepaid postage and packaging to send the defective one back, it obviously takes up a lot of space once it’s out of its vacuum packing.

I had been looking at this wonderful car travel dog bed for a few weeks but I couldn’t really afford it. But when I saw it was on offer for 60% off I took the opportunity to buy one for our Shih Tzu. It’s very high quality materials and very cleverly designed. Very cosy high sides.
Easy to put together and perfect for a wet muddy dog after a walk as the material is waterproof but also fully removable covers to wash. It is a safe way to travel with your dog. It has a loop strap for the headrest and clips that go in the isofix on the back seat. The only problem was getting it disconnected but we managed in the end you have to turn the clips sideways to release. As our dog wasn’t too happy to start with,we brought the bed indoors so she could get used to it. She loves it now and sleeps in it at night. I would say it is expensive but you certainly get a quality bed that will last a lifetime and I believe it comes with a lifetime guarantee. I’m so glad I went for it, I can highly recommend the wagging rights dog bed for quality, safety and comfort. Delivery was quick and well packaged.

Mackenzie loves her new travel system, though due to illness she is currently sleeping in her dock in the lounge. XL perfect size for a Golden Retriever.
Highly recommend both the company and products.

Practically impossible to get a refund. Still waiting, still emailing. They are way to small even a medium for a medium breed and are no safer than the arrangement that we already have. Very expensive too. Hopefully I’ll eventually get a refund but they are making it ultra difficult
