Would definitely recommend to friends…

Would definitely recommend to friends or family for short term loan. Fast to help, very sucure. Easy to contact on the phone. Very helpful staff. Very happy customer.

Great Service and company

Used wageday advance twice. First time i only need the loan until next payday which was brilliant and only had £25 interest on top. The second time was for a car repair and again low interest and afford repayments for 3 months. My credit rating isnt great but one thing is they are very happy to help and let you know how the system works over the phone. Being able to borrow the mininum of £80 is brill and no early repayment fees either, just need to have it a mininum of 21 days and i dont see any issue. Happy customer

Another missed deadline

I've already complained to how slow they handled the complaint, and finally after the deadline setup by themselves, they responded and promised a payment within 5 to 7 working days.
i've accepted the redress and sent bank details on the 23rd of November, so the 7th working day was up yesterday and still no payment!
They even confirmed the payment deadline on this website when they replied to my review. Why no one keeps their word these days?

Just been on phone to Wagedayadvance…

Just been on phone to Wagedayadvance after being promised complaint update yesterday to be told I was given incorrect information seems this is the norm for this company as my previous two reviews were also given conflicting answers from `Richard` The advisor said he didn't even think their company answered reviews so a bit of a joke now

As my colleague has discussed with you, an incorrect date was given out due to an error on our part. A response will be sent as per the 8 week holding letter sent to you on 1st December 2018.

Never had a problem

Used WDA a couple of times now. Obviously, it's a payday loan company so the rates are quite high but this is really easy to apply for and staff are friendly and helpful. If you have to use one of these types of companies then use this one.

Fantastic company

Fantastic company, easy small loans that don't break the bank when trying to pay back. Really helped me when no one else would get back on track with my finances.
