Excellent Online Retailer

I have ordered a good few times now from W-Wellness and they have been faultless. Items always arrive on time, well packaged and arrive with decent expiry dates (unlike some other online retailers I have experienced!).
Their customer service is excellent. I recently had an incident where there was some confusion about a particular 3 for 2 offer, they sent me a third item regardless even though the offer had expired! And it was not a cheap item.
I would recommend anyone to check out their website as they have some pretty unique items and often have exceptionally good offers, and when they do, their prices are cheaper than you will find pretty much anywhere else.
Highly recommended.

Stay W-Well, Well, WELL clear.

Awful customer service. I ordered an item from this company, on a subscription. I quickly realized it was significantly cheaper elsewhere, and so cancelled the order four minutes after making it. This was at 10pm on a Sunday evening. I followed up with an email a minute later, confirming that I wanted to cancel the order and asking for confirmation this had happened and I would not be charged. The next day, I received an email confirming this, and yet several hours later - got an email saying an item had been dispatched. When I contacted the company to say this had been dispatched in error, I was told that it had been processed and dispatched before I had cancelled it. So, within four minutes on a Sunday night. Despite the fact I was told I wouldn't be charged, and that I'd got an email saying the order wasn't dispatched until midday the following day. I was told I was then liable for the charge of returning the item "because it had already been processed and dispatched", despite me cancelling the order over twelve hours before it was dispatched. It took a good ten emails going forward and back with their customer service team, before they eventually agreed to cover the cost of the return. When I emailed a week after the courier confirmed it had been returned to them, I was told they were still carrying out "a quality check on the item" (which was returned sealed). Ten days after the courier confirmed it had been returned to them, I finally got a refund. Stay W-Well Well clear.

Good price and prompt delivery

I have registered on w-wellness.co.uk on 07/10/2025. I have placed my first order carefully. Ordered specific multivitamin product which is hard to find but w-wellness had it available in best price. I have received all updates on the order and the delivery. On second day I got the parcel by Royal Mail :-) . Product as described - long expiry date too. Very happy with the item and the service received. I'll be placing a subscription with them to receive the same on regular basis. Well done indeed

Expired Product Sold

I placed an order for Vida Glow Collagen Liquid Advance on Monday, 22nd September, and it arrived on the 25th September.

Upon checking the packaging after taking my first sachet, I noticed the “Best Before” date states 19/09/2025. This means the product was already out of date before it was dispatched to me.

As this is an oral supplement, selling expired stock is unacceptable. I also strongly suggest that you carry out a stock check to ensure no further expired products are sent to customers.

Incorrect delivery

I ordered 4 packs of Optibac everyday max. Three were delivered with an everyday extra which is a lesser product. There is no phone number so I sent 2 emails which been ignored. First and last time I will be using W-Wellness
Update - I have been contacted and promised the correct product. Matter resolved

Tried to set up an account but when I signed in it kept telling me it was the wrong email or password, said it would send me an email but never received that, yes i did check my junk, looks like i had a lucky escape. I would definitely avoid a company that can't even get the basics right!

Arrived in an appalling state - Don’t buy this product from Boots

Ordered several boxes of Humantra from Boots on line to gift to friends who are all runners as I liked the product. The boxes arrived damaged, dirty and crushed. Boots had just thrown them into an oversized box with no additional packaging to protect them. The result was I had to bin the boxes and I was unable to gift them. Shocking!

The experience you've described regarding damaged packaging and poor shipping practices relates to your order from Boots online, not from our business. This review should be directed to Boots, as they were responsible for the packaging and delivery that caused your disappointment.

Ordered over £130 worth of products

Ordered over £130 worth of products, they never arrived, yet the 1 item I subscribed for kept being delivered. Emailed multiple times only to be ignored then finally has a reply sharing tracking link. Explained the items did not arrive and nothing. Lost £130 very poor customer service.
